Terms and conditions
1. Under this service contract we undertake to inspect, service, and maintain your above mentioned equipment for a period of ONE YEAR. During the said period the company’s representative will carry out periodical inspection ONCE every quarter month
2. During the validity of the contract we will render preventive maintenance
services on the equipment at the frequency mentioned above. The equipment will be thoroughly cleaned tested and kept in working condition.
3. We will ATTEND TWO ADDITIONAL BREAKDOWN COMPLAINTS (If any)
reported by you within contract period till validity of the contract.
4. We shall bring to your attention the condition of your machine or submit our recommendation to maintain it perfectly in working condition.
5. If the equipment is to the service station for repairs, the charges for transportation will be borne by the customer. If any part/ parts of the equipment are not available we shall not be responsible for any delay in completing the job and repair will be undertaken as and when such parts are available.
6. You shall provide consumables like Engine Oil, Grease, Cotton waste, Kerosene, Diesel, Soap, etc. at the time of servicing at your site.
7. Servicing and repairs of Dynamo, STARTER, battery, Electrical wiring if
necessary will be done by Authorise service centre and it will be charged extra.
8. ENGINE : Major repairs of Engine such as complete overhauling will be
charged extra Rs.4500=00 plus extra CHARGES OF SPARES IF NECESSARY.
9. Charges of spares will be charges extra at the time of servicing the Equipment

A. daily checking of oil in Engine, Greasing in wheels, Weekly checking of
Hydraulic oil,. Daily checking of charging of Battery if any problem in charging please call us, tighten of nut bolts, B. Any breakdown due to fire, Misuse, Accident Improper handling or installation do not from parts of the contract.
11. During the period of contract you will not allow any unauthorised person to tamper with the equipment. in order to rectify however minor it may be allowed
12. Contract will be effective only from the date of agreement, but the services will be rendered only after realization of the payment pertaining to the contract
13. This contract is void if above terms and conditions are violated.
