    CALL TO ORDER- The meeting was call to order by the Punong Barangay Hon. NENITA D.
    MABILANGAN at 10:00 AM
    INVOCATION- Mrs. ANANITA L. DACUTANAN Parent Representative
    NATIONAL ANTHEM- Mrs. ERMARIE J. CORTADO DepEd Principal/Teacher-in-charge or
    the Child Protection Committee (CPC) Coordinator
    ROLL CALL- Was dispended by general consent as the declared the existing of the quorum.

    MINUTES OF MEETING- The minutes of meeting on 4th Quarter was reposted on motion of
    Barangay Kagawad sitting as chair of the Committee on Women and Family Hon. MILAGROS
    P. LABONG THE minutes was Approved unanimously.

    BUSINESS OF THE DAY:


    1. CHILDREN’S GATHERING ON CHRISTMAS SESSION AND GIFT GIVING

    HON. NENITA D. MABILANGAN- Nag motion nga ig celebrar an CHILDREN’S


    GATHERING ON CHRISTMAS SESSION/GIFT GIVING Para hit aton mga activity para hit
    kabataan.pero dri la ine para hit kabataan para liwat ine ha aton nga tanan na mulupyo han
    barangay cantongtong.Magrisyo kita hine ngan maglipay kita tanan.

    Hon. NILDA D. SIAGO-Paghatag kita hin mga regalo ha aton kabataan sugad han mga uyagan
    or school supplies ngadto han mga studyante.

    Mrs. MARICEL M. TOLING- Mahatag liwat kita hin mga gamit sugad han tsenilas ngadto
    liwat han mga kabataan.

    Mrs. ROSARIO L. EBIT- Kay may budget man ine maupay hine ig padayon naton.

    Hon. RAFFY L. LABONG- An SK liwat may budget para hin nga aktibidadis amon nala liwat
    ine igtimpo para dumako an budget.

    Hon. JOEL L. PLATINO- Maglilipay gud it aton mulupyo hine nga tiarabot na kapaskohan
    kita it ira santa clouse.

    Guin kaurusaan han opesyalis yana nga December 5,2023 naman igpadayon ine nga mga
    plano.Ig schedule naton ine yana nga December 24,2023 hit gab e kaagahon hit 25,2024 para han
    kapaskuhan para hine nga celebrasyon.

    HON.NENITA D. MABILANGAN- Punong Barangay okey, maupay ine na aton plano,Mag


    urusa nala kita tanan para han kaupayan hit pagtapo hit pasko.
