Q1 Week 1
This Self Learning Kit is prepared for the students in order for
them to infer how one’s lifestyle can affect the functioning
respiratory and circulatory system.
This Self Learning Kit is divided into three parts:
I. What Happened The part where the learners will answer
two pretests entitled scienTEST intended for them to recall
the different parts of circulatory and respiratory system.
II. What you need to know The part where the students will
recognize the meaning of the word “lifestyle” and will
classify and provide effects of the different lifestyles to
circulatory and respiratory system.
III. What have I learned? The part where the students are
going to write at least 10 lifestyles and classify them as
good or bad for circulatory and respiratory system and to
provide a one-sentence effect of the different lifestyle to
the mentioned systems.
At the end of this Self Learning Kit the students are expected to
classify lifestyles as good or bad for the respiratory and circulatory
