Suitable for surfacing parts of: caterpilar track rollers, guide rolls, railway tyres, runing wheels, etc . FILTUB DURWELD 5 is basic medium alloyed flux-cored wire recommen- Hardness ded for hardsurfacing of steels in the medium hardness range.The deposit 325-375 HB is tough free of cracks and porosity and therefre is highly resistant to deformation and impact. The weld metal is still machineable by means of sintered carbide tools. Suitable for surfacing parts of: supports, bearing surfaces, rollers, excavator parts etc . FILTUB DURWELD 14 is basic medium alloyed flux-cored wire recommen- Hardness ded for high wear resistant surfacing. The deposit is tough, free of cracks 48-53 HRC and porosity and therefore is highly resistant to deformation and impact. On base material with low weldability is recommended depositing a buffer layer with FILTUBWELD 12B. The preheat and interpass temperature must be at least 200C. Weld deposit can be machined only by grinding. Suitable for surfacing parts of: mixer blades and vessels, grab and bucket teeths, crusher hammers and jaws etc. FILTUB DURWELD 16 is basic medium alloy flux-cored wire recommended for highly wear resistant surfacing.The deposit is tough, free of cracks and porosity and therefore is highly resistant to deformation and impact.
