duration length (number) can be entered and click on “Display Period” to plot graphs.

The status table is provided for each generator and includes seven different performance
characteristics values. The “Run Time” is total duration of operation (Load above 0%) in the specified
period. “Load Range” is the minimum and maximum load values of generator in the period. “Fuel Oil
Used” is the amount of fuel used by the generator in kilograms. “SFOC” is the minimum and
maximum SFOC values of the generator. “Average SFOC” is mean SFOC value for the generator
during the specified period. “Energy Output” is the total energy in kWh generated by the generator.
Lastly, “Average Power” is the mean value of power generated for the period.

4. Reporting

4.1 Daily Noon Report

The Daily Noon Report solution can be accessed by clicking on from the home
screen.

The Samsung standard daily report format is based on typical noon reports that operators
manually write daily. Contents of the report are editable upon the request from operators.
The report is generated automatically from the stored data in BIG database.

[Samsung Standard Daily Noon Report Screen]

Daily Noon Report includes seven categories of information listed below.

1. Ship info.
* Name, Type, IMO No of the vessel (set value)

2. Operating info. (Avg./Last)

* Daily average and value at the time of reporting for Shaft RPM, Rudder angle(Port, STBD),
SOG, STW, COG, HDG, and Draft (FWD, AFT, Mid Port, Mid Starboard).

3. Voyage info.
* Distance travelled is calculated by multiplying minute averaged speeds to time for the
specified duration. The “Time Spent” is time duration between the ship’s last two noons
using each local time(LMT), thus can be 23 or 25 hours depending on the route.

4. Environment (Avg./Last)
* Daily average and value at the time of reporting for Wind Rel. Speed/Diec, Seawater Temp.

5. Engine Info (Avg./Last)

* Daily average and value at the time of reporting for Main Engine power/RPM, Generator
engine power.

6. Fuel Consumption
* Daily consumption of each fuel used by the ship. Measurement from mass type flow meters
are used directly.

7. Emission
* Calculates CO2, Sox, NOx emission based on the amount of fuel consumed. IMO issued
emission factors are used for the calculation and its date included DB enables applying
different factors from other dates.

The Report’s categories can be ordered differently per ship or per operator upon request. The
generated reports are saved in C:\Data\Report\DailyNoonReport\201906 and a new folder for
each month is automatically created in C:\Data\Report\DailyNoonReport. The daily reports are
saved in excel, xml, and pdf files.

button opens the current month’s directory (C:\Data\Report\DailyNoonReport

\201906) where all the reports from the month can be accessed.
