APPLICATION INFORMATION
Mixing ratio Water : SikaGrout® = 1 : 8 (parts by weight)
~ 3.125 litres of clean water per 25 kg bag
Yield 1 bag yields approx. 13.10 litres of mortar
Approx. 77 bags required for 1 m3 (one) of mortar

Substrate Temperature +10 °C minimum / +40 °C maximum
Minimum application temperature is 10 °C. At temperature lower than 20
°C setting time and strength gain will be slower. Normal curing practice
should be observed for at least 3 days wherever mortar is exposed.
SUBSTRATE QUALITY / PRE-TREATMENT Keep visible, free mortar surface as small as possible
and protect it from premature drying out by standard
Concrete surfaces should be clean, sound and free curing practice (keep moist, cover with wet hessian,
from oil, grease, laitance and loose particles. use of curing compound e.g. Antisol® E).
Metal surfaces (iron and steel) should be free from
scale, rust, oil and grease. CLEANING OF TOOLS
Absorbent substrates must be saturated thoroughly, Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately
but no standing water. after use.
MIXING Hardened mortar can only be removed mechanically.
