    Two wings on each floor. SDB1 accommodates 135
    associates in each wing, while SDB2 accommodates
    185 associates in each wing. The project can totally
    accommodate 3670 associates.
    Large span (10m x 10m) spacing to minimize
    columns and Flat Slab system using Drop Capitals.
    Avoids using beams. Ensuring better and easier
    distribution systems above the false ceiling.
    External finishes in a combination of ACP, Double
    glazed units and natural stone.
    An Auditorium which can seat 350 persons.
    Seminar halls and conference rooms in each wing of
    each floor.
    Canteen and recreation which can seat about 600
    persons with an executive dining area.
    Gymnasium and health club.
    Extensive site landscaping.
