This document outlines a code of conduct for FIAN Norway that applies to all participants, partners, staff and board members. It establishes guidelines regarding respect for human dignity, cultural sensitivity, security, environmental considerations, avoiding corruption, maintaining confidence and good will, and disciplinary actions for violations. The code requires respect for all individuals regardless of attributes, familiarity with local culture and security situations, obeying laws, considering environmental impacts, not engaging in corruption, and upholding the values and principles of FIAN Norway. Violations may result in loss of membership or employment.
