Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan Experiental Marketing terhadap Repurchase Intention di starbucks coffee Indonesia di Green Pramuka Square Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan strategi penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah strategi asosiatif/kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Starbuck cofee di Green Pramuka Square Jakarta Timur pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 200 orang pelanggan Starbucks Coffee Store Green Pramuka Square. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan dengan random sampling. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: 1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Repurchase Intention. 2) Harga berpengaruh terhadap Repurchase Intention.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of workload, career development and job training on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Jakarta Kota Area. The research method used in this research is quantitative associative research using a questionnaire method. The sample of this research consisted of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this research is the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the workload variable has no effect on employee job satisfaction, the career development variable has an effect on employee job satisfaction and the job training variable has an effect on employee job satisfaction.

Background: The effectiveness of mentoring programs for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) needs to be evaluated in order to develop effective mentoring programs. Each MSME requires a different mentoring program, so it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing mentoring program in order to design the next mentoring program. Purpose: This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the community empowerment program through mentoring MSMEs in improving the welfare of meatball traders in Jakarta implemented by Dompet Dhuafa. Design/methodology/approach: Data collection Analysis includes secondary data, field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis was carried out using triangulation techniques which included data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Findings/Result: The research findings can be stated as follows: 1) Collective Mentoring Program: The research results show that programs that focus on mentoring groups have a significant positive impact on cohesiveness and unity in the meatball trader community. This collaborative support plays an important role in advancing the development of micro and small businesses. Apart from that, the mentoring program is also effective in increasing traders' motivation and knowledge in entrepreneurship. 2) Financial Assistance Programs: This study underscores the importance of financial assistance programs in providing the necessary capital for microenterprises. However, this suggests that this form of aid is more suited to meeting short-term financial needs than as a long-term solution. Conclusion: There are three types of mentoring programs carried out, namely Group Mentoring, Increasing Partner Capacity Through Training, and Financial Assistance. Of the three types of mentoring programs, mentoring groups, especially in forming cohesive and family groups (recruitment results), are considered the most effective in helping meatball traders survive during the pandemic. Especially in forming groups or communities that regularly hold meetings and collectively help solve problems, maintain the cleanliness of sales equipment (carts, plates, spoons, etc.), and try to develop or find out how to make the taste of these meatballs more popular. with customers. But what they appreciated most was a community meeting that had never been held before. Originality/value (State of the art): There has been no evaluation of this program so it is very important to evaluate the implementation and impact of the mentoring program on business continuity, in order to improve the mentoring program in the future.

This study aimed to examine the impact of Indonesian Coal Index (ICI) prices and labor on coal sales through coal production at PT. Victor Two Three Mega. A quantitative method with a correlational approach was employed for this research. Secondary data was collected and analyzed using SPSS version 29 and Microsoft Excel software, employing a path analysis model to represent latent variables. Classic Assumption tests were conducted to ensure the accuracy, unbiasedness, and consistency of the regression equation obtained. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) was utilized to gauge the degree of relationship, while Multiple Regression Analysis was employed to ascertain the relationship between various variables and predict outcomes. The findings indicate that the Indonesian Coal Index (ICI) price does not have a direct impact on coal sales, whereas labor demonstrates a direct effect on both coal sales and production. Additionally, the Indonesia Coal Index (ICI) price does not exert an indirect influence on coal sales through coal production, while labor exhibits an indirect effect on coal sales through coal production.

This study aims to assess the impact of leadership effectiveness, work motivation, and compensation on employee job satisfaction, as well as their influence on job engagement at PT. Beautiful Gift Partners. A survey method with a quantitative approach was employed, targeting 200 employees from the company. Using the Slovin formula, 133 respondents were selected. Statistical analyses included validity and reliability tests, path analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), and the Sobel test. Findings reveal that leadership effectiveness positively influences job satisfaction, while work motivation does not. Compensation positively affects job satisfaction, yet job satisfaction does not significantly impact work engagement. Furthermore, leadership effectiveness, work motivation, and compensation do not directly influence work engagement through job satisfaction.

Dalam mencapai organisasi yang sukses diperlukan pegawai yang bersedia bekerja melebihi tugas formal dan mengusahakan kinerja melebihi yang diharapkan. Keinginan pegawai untuk bekerja dengan kualitas yang baik dan berusaha menciptakan layanan terbaik merupakan indikasi dari Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang dimilki oleh seorang pegawai. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang mempunyai pegawai yang memilki OCB yang baik akan memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dari organisasi lain. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merujuk pada perilaku sukarela dan positif yang dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi di luar tugas-tugas utama mereka. Meskipun OCB tidak termasuk dalam deskripsi pekerjaan formal, perilaku ini memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan pada kesejahteraan organisasi. OCB dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan, membantu memperkuat hubungan antar anggota tim, anggota organisasi yang terlibat dalam OCB cenderung merasakan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang lebih tinggi, organisasi dapat menciptakan budaya kerja yang positif, meningkatkan produktivitas, dan mencapai tujuan jangka panjang mereka. Buku ini mengkaji peningkatan perilaku OCB perlu diupayakan di lingkungan organisasi, diantaranya melalui pendekatan budaya organisasi, employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja. Dengan menggunakan kombinasi strategi yang bijak dan sesuai dengan konteks organisasi dapat membantu meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif.

Objective: This study seeks to dissect the occurrences of work-related accidents at PT Indo Muro Kencana (PT IMK) over a period spanning from 2018 to 2023. It aims to pinpoint the contributing factors to these mishaps, analyzing them to forge actionable recommendations and preventive strategies aimed at mitigating accident risks and enhancing workplace safety and health. Design/Methods/Approach: Employing a quantitative descriptive methodology, this research adopts an observational descriptive design to catalog and scrutinize work accident incidents. The Loss Causation Model serves as the analytical framework, facilitating a thorough evaluation of accident causatives. The study encompasses all PT IMK employees during the specified timeframe, utilizing a total sampling approach. Data compilation hinges on secondary sources, including company accident reports and relevant literature, with SPSS Statistics 25 software facilitating cross tabulation for data analysis. Findings: Analysis reveals a fluctuating pattern of work accidents over the years, with a significant portion resulting from direct physical interactions such as collisions and strikes. Predominantly occurring in excavation and roadway sectors, these incidents frequently involve heavy machinery and service vehicles. Notably, accidents disproportionately affect younger employees with limited tenure, though veterans are not exempt from risk. Primary accident triggers are identified as unsafe acts-including procedural breaches and poor decision-making-and unsafe conditions like slippery surfaces and subpar equipment. Underlying causes are attributed to human elements, notably inadequate judgment skills, and occupational hazards, including poor hazard awareness and deficient job safety analysis. Originality/Value: This research pioneers in its focused examination of work accident causatives within PT Indo Muro Kencana's gold mining operations, marking a novel contribution to occupational safety and health literature in the mining sector. Practical/Policy implication: The insights garnered herein are poised to inform the development of targeted safety programs, underlining the study's utility in propelling occupational safety and health consciousness, alongside facilitating accident risk reduction initiatives.

Objective: The objective of this research is to determine the effect of time pressure, emotional fatigue on work-life balance and loyalty in working female students. Design/Methods/Approach: The study was conducted on working women who are students at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Jakarta in the employee class. The number of sample is 202. Data collection was carried out by survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Subsequently, the data obtained were processed using the SEM PLS method. Findings: There is no influence of time pressure on loyalty, there is an influence of time pressure on Worklife Balance (WLB), there is no influence of emotional pressure on loyalty, there is no influence of emotional pressure on WLB, there is an influence of WLB on loyalty, there is an influence of time pressure on loyalty through WLB, and there is no influence of emotional pressure on loyalty through WLB. Originality/Value: The novelty of this research is that no research has been found that examines WLB among female workers, especially those currently studying, and its impact on loyalty. Practical/Policy implication: The implication of the findings of this research is that the results of the research can be used as an alternative in making human resource strategy decisions, especially in increasing WLB and loyalty of female workers who are currently studying. This includes managing workload and time so that female workers can have WLB and ultimately be loyal to the company.

Objective: The objective of this research is to determine the impact of work discipline and compensation on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable. Design/Methods/Approach: The study was conducted on 131 employees of PT. Altour Yasa Abadi Group using a saturated sampling method, where the entire population was used as research respondents. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to the respondents, and the gathered data were processed using smart PLS software. Findings: There is no influence of the work discipline variable on job satisfaction, there is an influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction, there is an influence of the work discipline variable on work motivation, there is an influence of the compensation variable on work motivation, there is an influence of the work motivation variable on job satisfaction. Originality/Value: The novelty of this research is that no studies have been found that specifically examine job satisfaction by analyzing the factors of work discipline, compensation, and work motivation as intervening variables. And lies in the fact that no prior studies have been conducted on employee job satisfaction at PT Altour Yasa Abadi Group. Practical/Policy implication: The implications of the research findings are that they can serve as alternative strategies for companies to enhance employee job satisfaction. By understanding the influence of the variables of work discipline, compensation, and work motivation, companies can design more effective policies and programs to create a motivating work environment, support discipline, and provide adequate compensation. Therefore, companies have the potential to increase employee job satisfaction levels, which, in turn, can positively impact overall organizational productivity and performance.

This research was conducted to determine the impact of online learning on the motivation and interest of students. The study was carried out among students of the School of Economics Indonesia Jakarta (STEI). Using purposive sampling, students from the 2018 and 2019 cohorts of the Bachelor of Management program were selected as the sample, with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used was SmartPLS 2022. The research results show that there is an influence of online learning on learning motivation and an influence of online learning on learning interest.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal burnout dengan menggunakan variable self-efficacy dan locus of control sebagai faktor internal serta lingkungan kerja dan efektivitas kepemimpinan sebagai factor eksternal. Faktor internal dan eksternal burnout tersebut diuji pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada karyawan CV. Dermaga Mulia Abadi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah selururh karyawan yang berjumlah 98 karyawan dan metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh, yaitu jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan software smartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Self-efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 24.7%. Artinya, dengan adanya self-efficacy yang tinggi maka kepuasan kerja yang akan dirasakan karyawan pun tinggi. Locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh sebesar 23,9% terhadap kepuasan kerja. Artinya, semakin nyaman lingkungan kerja yang didapatkan karyawan akan semakin meningkatkan kepuasan kerjanya juga. Efektivitas kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 31,5%. Artinya, dengan adanya pemimpin yang bisa menyusun program kerja, mengatur, membimbing ataupun memberikan pekerjaan dengan baik kepada karyawannya maka tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawanpun dapat meningkat.Efektivitas kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

The Community Service Program is conducted continuously for 5 years. It is a continuation of a previously implemented Community Service Program and represents the second year of the program. In the first year, training was provided on the processing of household organic waste into planting media. This second-year Community Service Program aims to empower Dasawisma groups in increasing household income through the conversion of household organic waste into eco-enzymes. Eco-enzymes are often referred to as a versatile liquid because they can be used in households, agriculture, livestock, and industry. Each activity is accompanied by a mentoring program to ensure the successful implementation and provide guidance throughout. The short-term outcome of this community service activity is that Dasawisma groups in the Ciracas sub-district of East Jakarta are capable of processing organic waste into eco-enzymes. In the long term, it is hoped that Dasawisma groups in the Ciracas sub-district of East Jakarta will be able to utilize the results of organic waste processing to enhance their supplementary income.

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among Millennial Civil Servants. It is a quantitative study with organizational culture and employee engagement as independent variables, and job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior as dependent variables. The research was conducted on Civil Servants at the Supreme Audit Agency (BPKP), with a total population of 5,901 Civil Servants. The study is limited to Millennial Civil Servants, with a total of 3,428 individuals. Using purposive sampling, which includes Civil Servants who have been working for more than 3 years, the sample size is determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 358 Civil Servants. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to Civil Servants, and the data were processed using smartPLS software. The research findings can be summarized as follows: organizational culture influences job satisfaction; organizational culture does not affect organizational citizenship behavior; employee engagement influences organizational culture; employee engagement influences organizational citizenship behavior; organizational culture does not affect organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction; employee engagement does not affect organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the cointegration between the Indonesian capital market and the selected four international capital marketsnamely the Australian Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange, the London Stock Exchange, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange-with the presence of two structural breaks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The non-standard Johansen's, as well as the ARDL methods of cointegration analyses, are applied to five capital market indices-consisting of the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite Index (JSCI), ASX200, Dow Jones Composite Average (DJC), FTSE 100, and Han Seng Index (HSI)-from January 2019 to December 2020. VEC and ARDL models are employed to investigate the impact of structural breaks on Indonesia's capital market performance. The results show that there are cointegration and long-run causality relationships between the Indonesian capital market and the four international capital markets during the pandemic, and the structural breaks significantly affect market performance. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a devastating global impact on capital markets, but an effective policy response by the Indonesian government might contribute to the relatively rapid recovery of Indonesia's capital market.. There are two important implications relating to the findings of this study. Firstly, as capital markets around the world become more integrated, the benefit of international portfolio diversification decreases. However, stock price efficiency among capital markets increases. Secondly, the results of the Granger causality test might be useful for capital market investors in predicting the impact of the performance of one capital market on the performance of other capital markets.

This study aimed to determine the factors that influenced an individual's understanding of the causes of high cholesterol levels by looking at the characteristics of knowledge, attitudes, behavior, age and education level. Companies can use the results of this study for implementing occupational safety and health programs. The research was conducted at PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) Indonesia through questionnaires distributed to 76 employees. The results showed that knowledge, attitude, age and level of education did not affect the understanding of increasing cholesterol levels, but behavior did affect the understanding of the causes of increased cholesterol levels.

The population and sample are 55 daily employees using a sampling technique, namely the saturated sample technique. The results of the data instrument test use validity and reliability, and statement items are valid and reliable. Analysis of research data includes multiple regression analysis, correlation, determination, and significance test simultaneously (F test) and partial (t-test). The results of the study through multiple regression analysis of motivation and organizational commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance a. The results of the F test state that motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously ve a positive and significant effect on work performance. While the results of the t-test state that partially the motivational variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Emela Garment employees in Bogor City. This study aims to determine the competence and work environment on job engagement and job satisfaction of employees for PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia.  The sample in this study was 100 contract employees, using purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is SEM PLS research to test the Inner model, outer model and hypotheses. The results of the study stated: (1) Competence has an effect on work engagement by 55.2%. (2) The work environment has an effect on work engagement by 39.1%. (3) Competence has an effect on job satisfaction by 36.2%. (4) The work environment has an effect on job satisfaction by 35.2%. (5) Work engagement has no significant effect on job satisfaction. (6) Work engagement does not mediate competence in influencing job satisfaction. (7). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada kualitas layanan elektronik yang diberikan Shopee dengan menggunakan E-Service Quality dan metode Diagram Kartesius atau Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Pengukuran penilaian pelanggan menggunakan perhitungan kesenjangan dengan menguhitung selisih antara tingkat persepsi pelayanan yang diberikan dengan tingkat harapan pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa/i Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia dan mahasiswa/i Universitas Negeri Jakarta, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 mahasiswa/i. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi yang telah memenuhi kepuasannya yaitu Efficiency, Reliability, dan Responsiveness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana disiplin kerja karyawan pada saat menjadi karyawan kontrak dan setelah menjadi karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Bont Technologies Nusantara dengan populasi adalah seluruh karyawan yang mengalami menjadi karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan 83 karyawan sebagai populasi pada penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sapel yang digunakan adalah purpose sampling dengan menggunakan alat bantu komputer, Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, menunjukan bahwa pengaruh status karyawan terhadap disiplin.  Hal ini dibuktikan dengan ketidakhadiran mayoritas (74%) lebih baik pada saat menjadi karyawan kontrak. Dan mayoritas karyawan (83%) memiliki ketetapan waktu pada saat menjadi karyawan tetap. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa karyawan tersebut lebih baik pada saat menajdi karyawan tetap.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Roxy Di Jakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia cabang roxy sebanyak 90 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 88 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan analisis jalur ( path analysis ) dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square SEM- PLS dengan software SmartPLS 3.0.  Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan: (1) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 21%. Pos Indonesia Jakarta Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan angket survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Jakarta Utara yang berjumlah 278 pegawai, dengan sampel 165 orang. The population of this study is all lecturers of College of Economics in East Jakarta who have a National Lecturer Registration Number. The population of this study is 377 lecturers. The data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM); for data processing, this study using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Models (PLS-SEM) software. The results of the study show that (1) managerial effectiveness is not empirically tested has a direct effect on work engagement, (2) work environment has positive direct effect on work engagement, (3) team work has a positive direct effect on work engagement, (4) managerial effectiveness has a positive direct effect on work environment, (6) managerial effectiveness has a positive direct effect on team work, (7) environment has a positive direct effect on team work.

Faktor-faktor yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan emosional, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan keterikatan kerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan Toko Buku Gramedia Kelapa Gading. Metode penelitian adalah metoda survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Toko Buku Gramedia Kelapa Gading sebanyak 100 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengolahan data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. It is quantitative research with a combined/causal research strategy. This study uses primary data through a survey of 92 customers of PT Sun Motor Jakarta. The sampling method used is the census method or saturated sample. Data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that People affect loyalty by 30.5%., Process does not affect customer loyalty, Technology does not affect customer loyalty. People affect customer satisfaction by 32.5%, the process does not affect customer satisfaction. Technology affects customer satisfaction by 44.2%. Customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty by 37.3%.

Sangat penting menyiapkan siswa-siswi SMK dalam berwirausaha, mengingat terbatasnya lapangan pekerjaan yang ada saat ini. Oleh sebab itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melakukan workshop kepada siswa-siswi SMK Paramitha Jakarta, dengan tujuan memberikan penjelasan dan pengarahan kepada siswa tentang manfaat positif memulai usaha pada usia muda, memberikan penjelasan dan pengarahan bagi siswa agar mampu memulai usaha dengan cerdas dan layak, dan memberikan pengarahan kepada sisiwa agar dapat memasarkan dengan tepat hasil usahanya. dalam bentuk webinar, melalui ceramah mengenai konsep kewirausahaan yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi pandemi saat ini dan dilengkapi dengan kegiatan team building, studi kasus, role play dan tanya jawab. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan siswa dapat memahami tentang tentang manfaat positif memulai usaha pada usia muda. Selain itu juga diharapkan para siswa mampu memulai usaha dengan cerdas dan layak dan memiliki kemampuan memasarkan dengan tepat hasil usahanya. Untuk melihat keberhasilan kegiatan ini, para guru SMK Paramitha akan memantau tugas-tugas yang diberikan kepada para siswa, khusunya tugas kewirausahaan.

This study aims to find out how the influence of customer's perception (parents about early childhood education (PAUD)) to the interest of buying (sending their children to the PAUD). This research was conducted in Pisangan Timur, East Jakarta. Parent's perception as exogenous variables, measured by the teacher's quality, curriculum, teaching methods and infrastructure facilities that exist in early childhood education. The endogenous variable is parent's interest to send their children to PAUD measured with the parent's desire to send their children to PAUD, encourage children to attend school, provide learning facilities for children, and pay attention to children's learning progress. Data obtained by conducting surveys, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The analysis tool uses PLS 2.0 program. Expected output for improving PAUD performance. The results showed that there is a significant positive effect of parent's perception about early childhood education to the parent's interest to send their children in early childhood education. The influence of parent's perception about early childhood education to the parent's interest to send their children in PAUD is 65.2%. While the influence of other factors not examined in this research amounted to 34.8%.

Dalam mencapai organisasi yang sukses diperlukan pegawai yang bersedia bekerja melebihi tugas formal dan mengusahakan kinerja melebihi yang diharapkan. Keinginan pegawai untuk bekerja dengan kualitas yang baik dan berusaha menciptakan layanan terbaik merupakan indikasi dari Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang dimilki oleh seorang pegawai. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang mempunyai pegawai yang memilki OCB yang baik akan memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dari organisasi lain. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merujuk pada perilaku sukarela dan positif yang dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi di luar tugas-tugas utama mereka. Meskipun OCB tidak termasuk dalam deskripsi pekerjaan formal, perilaku ini memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan pada kesejahteraan organisasi. OCB dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan, membantu memperkuat hubungan antar anggota tim, anggota organisasi yang terlibat dalam OCB cenderung merasakan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang lebih tinggi, organisasi dapat menciptakan budaya kerja yang positif, meningkatkan produktivitas, dan mencapai tujuan jangka panjang mereka. Buku ini mengkaji peningkatan perilaku OCB perlu diupayakan di lingkungan organisasi, diantaranya melalui pendekatan budaya organisasi, employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja. Dengan menggunakan kombinasi strategi yang bijak dan sesuai dengan konteks organisasi dapat membantu meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif.
