In Iran health system extension and value change and consumerism occur in the same time and mutually reinforce each other. On the one hand, health system defines the “healthy” ways of life and gives the goods and services for it, on the other hand consumerism with commodification of medical science product help the extension of health discourse. Research method is secondary analysis of National Values Survey, National Account of Iran and National Health Accounts. Data analysis shows, in last decade’s heath satisfaction rate goes down, simultaneously the consume and cost of household in health, eating and drinking, dressing and shoes, the culture and leisure, services goes high. Exact analysis of health institution and its costs, shows expenditure of health in all parts goes high. Theoretical analysis of these phenomena examines consumerism in health system. In other word, in this view health system goes beyond the biology and medical science approach and serves to the social values: consumer culture values.

مقاله حاضر که به شیوه پیمایشی صورت گرفته، به بررسی رابطه استفاده از رسانههای نوین اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی، با برخی از ابعاد هویتی پرداخته است. به این منظور 400 نفر از نوجوانان و جوانان 14 تا 29 ساله شهر تبریز، به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای و تصادفی سیستماتیک به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش‌‌‌های آماری همبستگی و آزمون t مورد پردازش قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین استفاده از پایگاه‌های اینترنتی و ماهواره با هویت فردی و هویت جهانی، رابطه مثبت و با هویت ملی و دینی، رابطه منفی وجود دارد. بین استفاده از تلفن همراه و هویت فردی، رابطه مثبت و بین استفاده از تلفن همراه و هویت دینی، قومی و خانوادگی رابطه منفی دیده می‌شود؛ همچنین بین استفاده از لوح فشرده و لوح ویدئویی با هویت ملی رابطه منفی و با هویت جهانی رابطه مثبت وجود دارد.

SummaryEver since the very beginning of the Journal of Economics and Statistics population economics has featured prominently in the Journal. Fertility naturally plays an important role in population economics. However, the level of German fertility has decreased significantly from the 1900s. The paper documents and analyzes the long-termdevelopment trends.We identify three different explanatory approaches for the decline in fertility according to which the various articles of the Journal related to this area are categorized. The paper also investigates fertility studies published by the Journal since the beginning. It points out that several articles anticipated subsequent research directions in the area of population economics at an early stage. In addition, significant contributions were made to improve and develop existing knowledge and understanding. Thus, the Journal has helped to expand the research area of population economics.

Method: This study was carried out as a survey research wherein the number of 220 female students was selected as the participants through stratified random sampling method. The required data were collected through questionnaire. Results: The hypothesis testing results show that the female students' desire for drug use was the same based on education level, parental employment status, and academic discipline; and the observed difference was not significant. In addition, the results of the structural model indicate that religiosity, social capital, family disputes, and social alienation can explain nearly 31% of the variations of female students' desire for drug use. In modern consumer society, body and body image have become the major issues in social and cultural studies. Due to the importance of the body, there is a branch of sociology called “body sociology” that seriously investigates the issues related to the body and society. Accordingly, the main objective of this paper is to study the body image status of students at University of Tabriz and its related factors. This is a survey study conducted with 372 people as study samples. Proportional stratified and random sampling methods were used for choosing the samples and the necessary information has been collected from undergraduate students of Tabriz University by questionnaire. The present study tries to investigate the rate of wife abuse among married women in metropolitan of Tabriz and some factors affecting it. The research method has been performed with a quantitative approach and it has been tried to investigate the intended purpose among 275 subjects of the selected sample in city of Tabriz (Iran) by multi-stage sampling and using a questionnaire. The results indicate the existence of wife abuse in the studied population. Also, among the most important and influencing variables, the variable of power relations has had the greatest impact on the rate of wife abuse; in addition, the variable of the status inconsistency, by affectability of the variable of power relations, has had a significant effect on the dependent variable, such that the used variables could explain 27% of the variance of changes in wife abuse variable. Obesity is growing in the around world and the main factor of this problem is a fast food consumption. The purpose of this research is a study of relationship between demographic variable and BMI with rate of tendency on fast food consumption. This study was a cross-sectional descriptive analysis. Data gathered with questionnaire. With using Cochran formula 372 university student selected by classified with simple random sampling from 11401 students in BS level of Tabriz University. Finding shows that fast food consumption among respondent is in a upperintermediate level. 12 percent of university students have overweighed and obesity problem. Pearson correlation test show that no significant relationship between BMI and fast food and age in (0/05) level. But there is a positive and significant relationship between BMI and age.
