Heavy metal contamination has become one of the priorities of global public health problems since it was first published in 1848 as a cause of disease. This study aims to obtain the latest conditions of lead (Pb) contamination along the Brantas River in Kediri City. Sampels were river water and local bio-indicators B. gonionotus (bader fish) and Ipomoea aquatica (water spinach). Data collected usingI 6989.8: 2009 for river water, SNI 2354.5: 2011 B. gonionotus and SNI 01-2896-1998 for water spinach. The results of the Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) examination at the BARISTAND Laboratory in Surabaya City were compared with the Pb threshold value according to PP No 82 of 2001 for river water, SNI 2729: 2013 for B. gonionotus, and SNI 7387: 2009 for Ipomoea aquatica. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lemongrass insecticides (Cymbopogon nardus) and leaves of zodiac (Evodia suaveolens) on mosquito mortality (Aedes aegypti), and to determine the treatment of insecticides that were more effective against the mortality of mosquitoes. The research method used the experimental completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications, namely treatment 1 control; treatment of 2 insecticides zodia; treatment of 3 lemongrass insecticides; and treatment of 4 combination lemongrass insecticides and zodia. Thus, it is necessary to examine the Abdurrahman Wahid and Quraish Shihab’s thought. Both figures offering a flexible, soft, and far from violent and radical Islam. The method of writing in this article is descriptive and explorative method. This paper found the conclusion that the moderate Islamic thought of Abdurrahman Wahid and Quraish Shihab is characterized by Tolerance, Compassion, plurality of interpretation and spirituality. The moderate Islamic thought of these two figures can be a deterrent to the current flow of radicalism.

ABSTRAK : Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini terdiri dari tiga siklus, siklus I dan siklus II terdiri daritiga kali pertemuan, sedangkan siklus III terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan, Penelitian ini di laksanakan di SMPN2 Rejotangan, Tulungagung tahun pelajaran 2014-2015 yang terdiri dari tiga siklus dengan subjek penelitianadalah siswa kelas VIII-A yang berjumlah 22 anak, terdiri dari 15 anak laki-laki dan 7 anak perempuan.Waktu yang digunakan peneliti adalah pada pertengahan bulan Januari s.d. minggu ketiga bulan Februari2015. Hasil penelitian dari setiap siklus menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikalmengalami peningkatan dari 54,5 % pada siklus I, meningkat menjadi 77,3% pada siklus II, dan 90,9 padasiklus III.Kata kunci : Garis singgung lingkaran, Problem solving, Prestasi belajar

This research aims to analyze the influence of information asymmetry, religiosity, organizational culture, and regulatory enforcement toward fraud tendency of village government officials. This study employed a survey approach as the method to obtain data. Regression analysis was used to test the proposed hypotheses. From seventy-one respondents working as village government administrators in thirty-five villages in Magetan Regency, East Java Province, this study has found that information asymmetry, religiosity, organizational culture, and regulatory enforcement significantly affect the village government officials’ tendency to commit fraud.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai interpolasi kandungan fluorida air tanah di DKI Jakarta menggunakan Median Polish Kriging. Metode ini digunakan karena terdapat nilai pencilan kandungan fluorida di DKI Jakarta. Untuk menginterpolasi fluoride di daerah yang tek-tersampel, DKI Jakarta dibagi menjadi 5 grid dengan ukuran sebagai berikut: 10 × 6, 10 × 3, 5 × 3, 4 × 3, dan 3 × 2. Namun, hasil menunjukkan bahwa hanya grid berukuran 5 × 3 yang berhasil menginterpolasi kadar fluorida pada daerah yang tidak tersampel. Selain itu, hasil interpolasi pun menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 81% daerah di DKI Jakarta yang memiliki kadar kandungan fluorida rendah, 8% memiliki kadar kandungan fluoride sedang, dan sebanyak 11% memiliki kadar yang tinggi. Dua daerah yang mengandung kadar fluorida yang tidak aman dikonsumsi (di atas 1,5 mg/l) yaitu Kelurahan Joglo dan Kelurahan Duri Kosambi yang terletak di Jakarta Barat.

Pemeliharahaan jenggot dalam konteks kekinian tidaklah menjadi satu-satunya identitas Muslim sebagaimana pada masa awal Islam, jenggot telah menjadi trend fashion yang dilakukan oleh siapapun tanpa melihat ada nilai teologis atau tidak. This research discusses the calculation of the premium of term life-insurance based on sharia principles. The difference between the conventional method and the sharia principle is in the concept of interest rates. In this research, the concept of interest in the conventional method is replaced by the Return on Investment (ROI) that changes stochastically following the Langevin type model. The Monte-Carlo simulation is applied to generate the ROI with some initial values. On the mechanism of premium management, we apply the system without a saving element and the Al-Mudharabah relationship where the participants will get a sharing-profit of the operating surplus if they don’t make a claim until the end of the agreement period. We assume that the administrative expenses only charged in the first year. Therefore, the operating surplus will be greater after the first year. This study also investigates whether the association between obedience pressure and real earnings management is moderated by individual’s religiosity level. This study found that individuals under obedience pressure were more likely to perform real earnings management than control group. However, religiosity did not significantly mitigate the association between obedience pressure and real earnings management. There is no significant effect of individual’s religiosity level on real earnings management decision.
