    In the present power system for load management the end of user help to minimize peak demands on the utility infrastructure as well as better utilization of power plant capacity. In this project we used ARM CORTEX. The load demand at every instant first calculated and then compared with the permissible maximum load value, and when the instantaneous maximum demand value is inferior than the permission limit then the operation to be considered in equilibrium state, but when the of instantaneous value of maximum demand crosses the limits of controller, ARM CORTEX comes into the picture and control the load by the phenomena of load shedding based on the priority set by the user. Multiple Demand Controller is a device design to control and meet the need of power management in industry in a conscious manner although device are on standby mode consume power so in this case if corrective action is not taken the controller switches off non-essential loads in a logical sequence.

    In this paper a gesture recognition models is designed which recognize hand gestures that is down, up, left, tick, right and cross, based on the input signal from three-axis accelerometer. Mouse control based on Gesture interaction takes advantage of continuity and dynamics of the user's movement of the hand to control the mouse movement. When there is any movement of the body there is generation of signal but common source is face or hand. Now a day's main focus in this field includes not only face and hand gesture recognition also the emotion recognition from the face. The commonly available MMA7361 was used with sensitivity set at 1.5g. The analog value given out by this Integrated circuit was sampled and quantized for 1000 levels.     In modern society there is a lot of confidentiality inside a firm, which means only an authorized person is allowed inside the premises. To maintain security IoT based Vehicles Access Control System is useful. While creating it the main purpose is security and handling of the data which is done by an online portal. The data of person is stored inside a cloud server and if the data scanned by the RFID is matched to the data stored within the system the doors will get open and the vehicle is allowed inside the premises. While using RFID card uniqueness of each card is ensured so that it handles only one identity. Initially stored RFID unique number inside the Arduino is cross checked for entering inside the premises. Proteus software is used for designing of circuits.

    Nowadays visiting doctor for even a normal consultation has been a thought of worry. Taking patients to doctor for normal consultation is still in practice. Sometimes family doctor advices to consult a specialist who is not from your town. So, it always a question whether to consult that doctor because it is a cumbersome process to move the patient. The aim of this project is to make the Doctor’s consultation possible through video call. This will reduce the chances of getting affected by other patients when physically visiting the clinic. Also, can consult to any other specialist from different city which will reduce the pain of patient to physically visit the clinic for normal consultation. Mobile phones and computers are the Teledoc devices, and they can be accessed by no of peoples. Persons living in rural and urban areas who cannot directly connect with provider the facility should be improved. Caregivers can easily monitor the conditions of patient by these devices. Doctors can collect the information of patient and can give treatment to them without meeting physically to patients.

    318 Abstract— Median filters can be used to reduce impulse noise level from corrupted images. Median filters are used to remove the salt-and-pepper noise. The median filter is a simpler nonlinear smoothing operation that takes a median value of the data inside a moving window of finite length. Median filter can be used to evaluate the averaging value of filter. A methodology based on median filter for the removal of salt and pepper noise by its detection followed by filtering in binary images has been proposed in this paper. The, filter such as adaptive median filter is derived. The signal suppressed and signal dependent centre weighted median filter which is a weighted median filter giving more weight to central value of each filter. Adaptive centre weighted median filter and adaptive centre weighted average median filter is implemented and results are compared on the basis of performance analysis.

    A heterogeneous network is consisting of different wireless access standards. For seamless data transfer a vertical handoff (VHO) plays a major role. Vertical Handoff decision (VHO) is totally based upon Received Signal Strength (RSS) measurements. Handoff (HO) decision is made individually without considering other HO user equipments (UE). User mobility is a factor, which having important role in VHO decision. VHO is required only at lower speeds and high speed user velocity may cause unnecessary handovers that can degrade system capacity and QoS level. UE velocity make a HO decision, we can reduce the transmission cost and transmission time. Because of high bandwidth and ease of networking we consider the wireless access standards: Wi-Fi and Wi-max and LTE system. The algorithm is simulated in NS2 and the performance of the network is evaluated in terms of user velocity and handover numbers.

    This paper describes a 7-bit 75MSPS analog- to-digital converter (ADC). The pipelining technique is used for conversion at low power levels without compromising with the conversion speed. The motivation behind this project is the increasing demand of portability and the applications like digital video broadcasting (handled) where low power and high speed is required. The ADC is based on pipeline architecture and is using 2 stages for conversion, first stage using 4 bits and second stage using 3 bits. The proposed pipelined ADC adopts an optimized stage resolution based on power consumption of sample & hold circuit and comparator. This optimization mainly depends on the number of sample and hold circuits and the number of comparators. The specification of each Opamp used in this project depends on the accuracy level required for given stage and the conversion Rate of ADC.     The system proposed in this paper consists of a single unit, which will monitor the environment in various hazardous conditions and provide live video feedback. Basics of robotics like sensors and actuators, gives an overview on robotic construction. The proposed system is also able to capture real-time videos which are useful for surveillance for a specific person or area. Controlling of Robot is done using a Raspberry Pi3 processor. This robot is more comfortable for military applications such as surveillance of interested area. It will provide tactical advantage during hostage situations or in hostile grounds. It is capable of walking on any surface and providing monitoring over an area. With the help of high quality video transmission the surveillance become more effective. Video quality is improvised in the proposed system. These will prove important in applications like robots for civil use and military robots.

This paper gives information about morphological operations to detect eyeball movement and how we can use it to move a robot in direction of the line of sight of the user. Through a web camera, we continuously capture the photographs of either the left or the right eye.
