    After the industrial revolution has increased rapidly and the increase in industrial activity attends recently. New technologies and the rapid expansion of product range leads to an increase in diversity of new synthesized materials which have complex structures. For this reason, industrial wastes give rise a huge pollution in environment. Rapidly increasing population and per capita water consumption in our country leads to more and more inadequate to remain available nature of water resources and therefore it is becoming an extreme necessity to appraise donner decharge of water reserves.     A total of 94 bacteria, associated with wild Achanthobrama marmid (Heckel, 1843) in Sir Dam lake of Turkey identified. Subsequently selected isolates were characterized and identified to the genus level The 94 members of Enterobacteriaceae were isolated in the gills and intestines, and among the isolates, E. coli were represented at a rate of 55%, Shigella spp. at a rate of 21%, Salmonella spp. at a rate of 9%, Citrobacter spp. at a rate of 9%, Klebsiella spp. at a rate of 3% and Proteus spp., at a rate of 3%. A total of 94 bacteria resistant to antibiotics and heavy metals were isolated from total 47 of A. marmid samples and were investigated. Viable counts of antibiotic resistant bacteria isolated from gill and intestinal content samples showed high frequencies of resistance to Penicilline-G (KP) (68%), CZ (54%), FOX (48%), while the proportion of CRO (39%) and CTX (36%) resistance was low.     Cesitli sanayi kuruluslarinin neden oldugu boyar madde kirlilikleri, cevreyi olumsuz yonde etkilemekte ve ozellikle insan sagligini tehdit etmektedir. Gunumuzde bu tur cevresel problemler onemli bir yer teskil ederken, bu amacla bircok calismalar yapilmaktadir. Bu calismada Saccharomyces cerevisiae ile Remazol Turkuaz Blue (RTB)'nun adsorpsiyon teknigi ile giderilmesi arastirilmistir. Bu amacla, boyar madde konsantrasyonu, pH ve sicakligin adsorpsiyon uzerine etkisi incelenmistir. Calisma sonucunda RTB boyar maddesinin 30 oC'de en yuksek oranda giderildigi gorulmustur (30.dk'da %95,48). Optimum pH belirlenmesinde, maksimum biyosorpsiyonun pH 3'de RTB de %95.48 (30.dk) olarak belirlenmistir. Bir gram maya, 150 mg/L boyar madde iceren ortamda maksimum 61.51 mg /g RTB adsorblayabildigi tespit edilmistir.
