    This research aimed to show the leadership diagnostic survey in students by using a bias quiz. A true leader was the highest level of leadership that was able to bring the company to achieve its goals by optimizing all available resources. In reality, leaders were difficult to avoid cognitive bias, which would affect the quality of leadership and decision making. This research was conducted in survey research by collecting data through giving questions or statements to respondents in written form using Google Form and shared through social media, specifically Line, WhatsApp, and Instagram. This research population was randomly selected, with a total number of respondents initially targeted at 100 respondents. It is found that by conducting a diagnostic survey of students, an illustration of the bias in the implementation of leadership will be obtained, gain awareness, and correct the bias.

    Objective - This article aims to examine the relationship between learning resources toward online learning experiences. This is an attempt to examine the impact of personal persistence, collaborative learning, and digital lecture skills on e-satisfaction as well as on learning engagement Methodology/Technique - This article has collected and analysed perceptual responses from 106 students of selected private universities in Nigeria. Data were collected with a purposive sampling approach. The data was calculated by using the Smart PLS application. The second-order construction was applied to the research model and hypothesizes testing. Findings – The results showed that learning engagement was strongly influenced by e-satisfaction and indirectly by collaborative learning.     This paper aims to disseminate an experiential report of a program conducted for Mitsubishi Pet Film Indonesia (MFI) to change the organization. The company asked us to develop both blueprint report and visual guidance report and disseminate it through nine workshops conducted to Change Agent (CA). We as consultant work together with the company to determine Change Agent, through Focus Group Discussion within 70 employees chosen by the company, then selected 25 out of 70 who then become the Change Agent. We implement John P. Kotter, known as Kotter’s 8 Step Change Model during the process, both us and the company realize that although change process has been made, it would not place any effect until a post Majeure event. By one event, when there was a fire in one of the company’s installation, Change Agents were trained to implement change as the company hoped it.
