This paper shows some ways to deepen Dummett's conception of assertion thanks to Kant's moral doctrine in order to  exhibit the moral and teleological value behind the act of assertion.

The main aim of this work is to establish a dialogue between two traditions of though usually distant, like Kantian Criticism and the analytical though, with particular attention to the views of Michael Dummett. The selected mean in order to establish a link between the above-mentioned positions is the theme of the assertion.
Specifically, the notion of “aim” is deepened. It occurs in the formulation of the notion of “assertoric strength”, proposed by Michael Dummett in ”Frege. Philosophy of Language”. The necessity of the presence of this notions is due to some meta-theoretic remarks by Dummett about the nature of language. According to these remarks, a theory which claims to explain how language works, must don’t be a causal-predictive theory, but a teleological one.
In order to do this, the notion of “aim” is elaborated on the basis of the profound Kantian reflections about it. These reflections, contained in the second part of “Kritik der Urteilskraft”, lead, in their elaborated complex, to a characterization of the notion of “aim” from a specifically moral point of view. This moral characterization has repercussions on some remarks fit to connote the assertoric act morally.
In its structure, the work is divided into two part:
The first part is focused on an exposition and on a personal interpretation of Kant’s thought. In this treatment, special attention is given to some key themes of criticist thought: the unity of the reason, the doctrine of the Fact of the reason, the supremacy of the practical interest on the theoretical one, the tendentially systematic Kantian thought and, at the end, the ontological requests present in the third Critic. These requests are the means which make possible to define a comparison field between Kant and Dummett.
The second part concerns more specifically the themes of truth and assertion. In this part I treat: the link between the notions of “truth” and “assertion”, some remarks about the notion of “truth”, an exposition of the fregean view about assertion, which is also the beginning of Dummett’s concerning, and, at the end, a synthesis in which, basing on the first part, I propose some arguments in favor of a requalification of the assertoric act, an act that has to respect a meta-normative moral criterion.
The entire works, in its two parts, is closed by a brief appendix in which I tried to highlight limits, defects and open problems.

vengono presentate le nozioni di privacy by default e privacy by default.
