The aim of this research was to empirically unravel the strategic prowess of leadership management styles employee motivation issues, as it concerns GSM operators in Port Harcourt. The study used cross-sectional survey design in structured questionnaire to collect data from 400 employees of GSM firms. A total of 3 hypotheses were proposed and statistically tested with Spearman's Correlation Coefficient tool, aided by SPSS version 23.0. Results revealed that participatory leadership has a positive and significantly relationship with employee motivation. However, autocratic leadership had a positive but weak relationship with employee motivation. Based on these findings, this research concluded that participative leadership is a veritable management tool that can help in the motivation of employees of the organization. In this light, the research recommended that management and staffs of GSM operators, especially those in the position of leadership should embraced participatory leadership management style as strategy of employees' motivation. Also, strategists of telecommunication firms should be less or if possible, circumvent autocratic leadership management style in order to sustain employees' motivation.

The aim of this research was to empirically investigate the relationship between leadership management style and academic staff performance of Nigeria tertiary institutions with emphasis on post Covid-19 effect. The study applied cross sectional survey design in structured questionnaire to collect data from 400 lecturers of public universities in Rivers State. Spearman's Rank Correlation Coefficient tool was used with the help of SPSS Version 21.0, to statistically analyzing data obtained from the field. Results revealed that leadership management style has a positive and significant relationship with academic staff performance, however, Covid-19 moderates the extent of relationship between both variables by reducing the impact of the former on the latter. Consequently, the research concluded that analytical leadership is a veritable management tool that when deployed, will improve staff productivity. Therefore, staff performance in universities can be enhanced and measured with high level of productivity through the instrumentality of analytical leadership orientation. Based on the above, the research recommends that government at all levels should apply the analytical leadership orientation, as this research has proven the possibility of enhancing staff productivity and academic performance through this approach.

In the present paper the experimental and numerical study carried out on the two models of
high-rise buildings under different value of wind velocity with 0 degree of wind attack. Two
shapes of building namely square and triangle are considered. Pressure measurements are
made on the rigid models of high-rise buildings made of timber. The models are tested in a
wind tunnel. (3D) ANSYS (Fluid Fluent) was employed with finite volume method to
predict the wind pressures on high-rise building using specified boundary conditions. RNG
k-ε turbulence model was applied for square shape and Spalart-Allmaras turbulent model for
triangle shape in order to simulate the wind turbulence. It is concluded that wind pressure
resulting from wind tunnel test have a very good agreement with the wind pressure results
from CFD for different value of velocity for two models. It can be seen from a comparison
that the design pressure of the square model is less than the design pressure of the triangle
model with different speed and the percentage of difference is about (20-25%).

It was achieved to improve agro physical properties of soil by forming of 22, 41-52,92t/ha green biomass of pea, chick pea, rape and barley when sown as green manure as well as tilling it into soil in summer July 10 wheat freed areas, and autumn October 10 cotton freed areas. With a 10-0,25 mm sized of macro aggregates portion was over 2,96-6,9 % in 0,20 cm of soil layer in summer green manure variant and it was over 2,37-6,41 % autumn green manure applied variants comparatively to control without green manure. In 20-40cm of soil layer the portion of macro aggregates differs from the tilling layer, and makes up 69,04 %-68,72% in control variant-without green manure when applied summer and autumn green manure variants, if these indicators are between 71,31-73,53 %; 70,59-73,0 % , it provides soil grainy, serves to increase of the mass of soil and increases soil fertility as well. Мирзо Улугбека, Аннотация: В данной статье приводятся рекомендации по проведению съемок GNSS различного назначения в Республике Узбекистан, рекомендации по определению координат геодезических точек вокруг месторождений, а также возможность определения местоположения точек GNSS вблизи месторождений. Рассматриваются вопросы оптимизации координат точек спутниковой геодезической сети Узбекистана и их привязки к международным стандартам с использованием современных информационных технологий. Ключевые слова и фразы: GNSS, GPS, WGS-84, вектор, кинематическая "real-time" съемка, кинематика "stop-and-go". Основным режимом сбора данных для всех GNSS съёмок является наблюдение базовых линий (векторов). В простейшем случае один из приемников помещается на точку с известными координатами, а другой помещается на точку, пространственное положение которой необходимо определить. В течение определенного периода времени, зависящего от конкретного вида съемки, производится наблюдение базовой линии, после чего приемник перемещается на следующую точку. Most people who live in Eritrea defecate in the open. In fact, open defecation is far more common in rural Eritrea than in urban Eritrea. Given that most people in Eritrea live in rural areas, it leaves a lot to be desired, especially from a public health perspective. Using annual time series data on the number of people who practice open defecation in Eritrea from 2000-2017, the study predicts the annual number of people who will still be practicing open defecation over the period 2017-2021. The study applies the Box-Jenkins ARIMA methodology. The diagnostic ADF tests show that the ODR series under consideration is an I (1) variable. Based on the AIC, the study presents the ARIMA (0, 1, 1) model as the optimal model. The diagnostic tests further reveal that the presented model is very stable and its residuals are stationary in levels and also normally distributed. The results of the study indicate that the number of people practicing open defecation in Eritrea is likely to decline, although slightly, over the period 2018-2022, from approximately 66% to almost 62% of the total population. Indeed, open defecation is still very high in Eritrea. The study suggested a 3-fold policy recommendation to be put into consideration, especially by the Eritrean government.

Using annual time series data on the number of people who practice open defecation in Ethiopia from 2000-2017, the study predicts the annual number of people who will still be practicing open defecation over the period 2018-2022. The study applies the Box-Jenkins ARIMA methodology. The diagnostic ADF tests indicate that the series under consideration is an I (1) variable. Based on the AIC, the study presents the ARIMA (2, 1, 0) model as the best model. The diagnostic tests further indicate that the presented model is stable and its residuals are stationary in levels. The results of the study indicate that the number of people practicing open defecation in Ethiopia is likely to decline over the period 2018-2022, from as high as 19% to as low as 5.69% of the total population. In order to sustainably maintain this desirable downwards trend, the study suggested a threefold policy recommendation to be put into consideration, especially by the Ethiopian government.

Using annual time series data on the number of people who practice open defecation in Solomon Islands from 2000-2017, the study predicts the annual number of people who will still be practicing open defecation over the period 2018-2022. The study applies the Box-Jenkins ARIMA method. The diagnostic ADF tests show that the ODPS series under consideration is an I (1) variable. Based on the AIC, the study presents the ARIMA (3, 1, 0) model as the optimal model. The diagnostic tests further reveal that the presented model is quite stable and its residuals are stationary in levels and also normally distributed. The results of the study indicate that the number of people practicing open defecation in Solomon Islands is likely to decline slightly over the period 2018-2022, from approximately 53.5% to 52.7% of the total population. This points to the fact that open defecation is persistant in Solomon Islands and is still unacceptably high. The study suggested a twofold policy recommendation to be put into consideration, especially by the government of the Solomon Islands.

Concrete is one of the most widely used construction material. The global use of cement concrete is second only to the use of water. The demand for concrete as a construction material is increasing day to day. The production process of cement releases some harmful substances, which adversely effect on environment. Design and experimental investigation on development of geopolymer concrete is important because increase in use of geopolymer concrete leads to reduction in use of regular cement concrete and ultimately production of cement. Also the fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag is used and the problem of dumping of these materials ultimately gets solved. In this experimental research cement is totally replaced by use of fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), and are activated by use of Alkali Activated Solution to form a cementious paste. Effect of elevated temperature is experimentally observed for various combinations of FA and GGBS and compared with ordinary cement concrete. From the experimental work it is observed that the geopolymer concrete with use of 40% fly ash and 60% GGBS gives 35% more strength than target strength. When geopolymer concrete and ordinary cement concrete is exposed to elevated temperature ranging from 300 o C to 700 o C in variation of 200 o C; comparatively geopolymer concrete has maximum 52% strength reduction, while on other hand ordinary cement concrete has maximum 67% strength reduction.

The guiding mechanism is the main part of the our Project since it replaces the job of the guides by taking guided steps that are fed to the robot guide in the form of data into the program. It guides us to the required destination by moving with the help of wheels. The Robot Guide is a very friendly guide that helps the students to find a particular subject book in the library since it's a robot at the end of the day. The processor in which we dump the program is also known as the "brain" which is run by a computer program. The program is very detailed as it gives commands for the moving parts of the robot to follow. There are many mechanical parts that are used in this part such as motors, wheels, and gears that make the robot move and turn. We also have a use of sensors to tell the robot about its surroundings. Sensors such as IR sensor which detects the black line and further guides the student to the shelves of the library. Alexa is a virtual assistant that was programmed and developed by Amazon and is available on almost all the wide range of products that are manufactured by Amazon, right from Amazon echo dot to Amazon FIRE TV. Design of Two switch buck boost converter which will operate on PV system. The proposed converter is used between PV system and load. The converter can operate in both buck as well as boost mode. Changing its mode is possible by controlling gate signals of respective semiconductor switch. As we get the voltage as per requirement at the output of converter we overcome problem of variation in voltage from system. We can overcome the problem of the voltage variation of the electrical output from PV system. Eventually there have been much advancement in solar technology but the technological advancements are still needed for various renewable energy systems for different loading conditions. By using this TSBB convertor, we can get voltage as per requirement which is helping for distribution the electricity during any environmental condition. MATLAB simulated model with PV system followed by converter is presented. Design of converter is for variable input from PV system, according to input obtained output is varied between range of 12 V to 40 V. Position of two semiconductor switches is arranged in such a way that their source is directly connected to the ground leads to give broader selection range for gate driver IC. As in each mode we use only one semiconductor for switching purpose overall performance is improved.

This review paper focuses on the overview of anti-vortex devices, pump sump system, intake structure, and their performance, in recent years. The performance characteristic of pumps is developed by the manufacturer under standard conditions. But in actual practice because of a pump and tank design, irregularities at suction, and other parameters, the performance of the pump decreases. One of the major parameter which affects pump performance is vortex formation at the inlet of pump intake causing entrainment of air. These setup design parameters are unchangeable but the effect of vortex formation can be controlled with the help of anti-vortex devices. Therefore, it is essential to study and identify vortex formation in a pump sump system with and without AVD's. In this review paper, we will be focusing on vortex formation in the pump sump system and its effect on the pump system. Also in addition currently used methods to control vortex/swirl. This report describes in detail the design, development and functionality of a Smart On-Floor Service Management System developed exclusively for restaurants. The system comprises of an online wireless module enabling the customers to order food from the comfort of their respective tables via tablet phones; and a robot for delivering the dishes to the customers at their respective tables. The order once placed and confirmed by the customers will be directed to the kitchen on a LCD screen. Once ready, the order will be delivered by the robots to their respective table. The project solely aims in aiding the restaurants with a practically implementable automated on-floor service management system.

There is no equivalent of some words in another language, that is, in that language there may not be the same concept, event, and subject. As a result, such units are translated differently and are treated as a lexeme with lingvospetsific features. The most optimal way to identify such units is also to refer to a parallel corpus.

The temporomandibular joint is a receptor organ that is mobile in three directions, connected to the proprioceptors of the periodontal and masticatory muscles and transmits information to the Central nervous system about the position of the lower jaw for controlling and regulating masticatory movements (Alabin I. V., Mitrofanenko V. P., 2002). Introduction Persin L. S., Sharov M. N. (2013) believe that the main causes of disorders of the temporomandibular joint are: anomalies of occlusion of the dentition-65-70%; dysfunction of the maxillofacial muscles-15-20%; psychoneurological disorders-10-15%, and only 5% of patients have dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint associated with the joint disease itself. It was found that children with TMJ pathology experience depletion of the reserve capabilities of antioxidant and antimicrobial protection against the background of increased lipoperoxidation and contamination of the mouth with pathogenic and opportunistic microflora, as well as a decrease in the pH of the oral fluid and a decrease in the level of cellular metabolism (Perova E. G., 2010, Carlos F. L., 2010). Based on the above, the purpose of this study was to study the biochemical parameters of oral fluid in children with TMJ disease. Using laboratory research methods, we studied the biochemical parameters that characterize the state of homeostasis and the level of non-specific resistance in the oral cavity in children with TMJ disease.
