    Kemajuan teknologi menuntut industri menggunakan mesin-mesin berteknologi tinggi agar tingkat produktivitas perusahaan meningkat. Mesin berteknologi memudahkan karyawan dalam bekerja dan dapat menghasilkan kuantitas produksi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan mesin konvensional. Namun, keberadaan mesin ini berdampak negatif bagi karyawan. Mesin berteknologi tinggi ini menyebabkan kebisingan di lokasi kerja. Tingkat kebisingan yang terjadi menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan bagi karyawan khususnya gangguan kesehatan pendengaran. This study aims to determine the role of organizational culture, leadership, compensation, and organizational commitment on employee performance. Management needs to make efforts to maintain and improve their human resources. One of them is by creating employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of compensation and career development in employee job satisfaction. In this study, 46 respondents were used as a sample, which was carried out using the census technique. The analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, multiple linear regression.     Karyawan merupakan modal perusahaan untuk menjalankan operasionalnya. Tidak hanya penjualan yang tinggi, memiliki karyawan yang baik dan memiliki kemampuan yang dapat diandalkan memberikan kontribusi kepada perusahaan. Pentingnya karyawan bagi perusahaan menuntut manajemen untuk selalu memuaskan karyawan saat bekerja. Faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja akan selalu menjadi perhatian manajemen seperti lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Studi ini bermaksud mengetahui peran lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan 92 responden sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.     As a form of business that is able to survive during the financial crisis, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have received the attention of all parties. In practice, MSME entrepreneurs have several obstacles other than capital. The large number of public interest in MSMEs creates competition for MSMEs that have similar business sectors. The low performance produced by MSMEs is due to the low quality of entrepreneurial competence. This research was conducted to determine the competencies required by MSMEs. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sample of this research is 56 MSME entrepreneurs in the Tropodo village area, Waru sub-district, Sidoarjo district, East Java. The results of the study indicate that business actors already know their entrepreneurial competencies. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepemimpinan, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi.     This paper aims to observe the causes of patient satisfaction based on service quality and location. The population in this study were patients at a health center in West Surabaya with a total sample of 96 respondents. The method of data analysis to determine the effect of service quality and location on patient satisfaction used an analytical tool, namely the multiple linear regression equation. This study found that service quality and location have a role in the formation of patient satisfaction at the puskesmas. This is an important determinant for achieving patient satisfaction. It is the obligation of the puskesmas to provide the best service for the community in the health sector. The results of this study are expected to be material for improving the quality of services in hospitals and become the basis for further research.

Impulsive buying can occur because of the appeal that stores provide as visual merchandising. The store manager will be required to make the store look attractive. In addition, the presence of hedonic motivation is also able to increase impulse buying. This study aims to determine the role of visual merchandising and hedonic motifs on impulsive purchases at a shopping center in Surabaya. This study spread 200 questionnaires with a response rate of 65.5% so that the data processed were 131 questionnaires.     The smooth running of business in activities in the workplace occurs when there is a harmonious relationship between employers and workers based on working relationships in an industrial environment. Workers should feel well-being as part of the membership of a business enterprise. This study aims to determine the correlation between worker welfare and industrial relations. Observations were made in a company with a workforce of more than 1000 people in East Java Province. The number of samples taken was 100 people with purposive sampling technique. The collected data is then processed through the SPSS program with statistical correlation techniques. The results obtained are that there is a significant correlation of worker welfare and industrial relations. The form of correlation is positive or unidirectional and quite strong. The better and the welfare felt by the workers, the better and harmonious industrial relations will be created on both sides.

    The Main purpose of this study is to show the role of service quality, customer satisfaction and corporate image on customer loyalty. The research population is bank customers in East Java who have high involvement in decision making process. This study involved 250 respondents who came from retail customers from five largest banks in Indonesia. The research results indicate that service quality has significant positive effects on customer satisfaction, corporate image, and customer loyalty. Also, customer satisfaction has significant positive effects on corporate image. Finally, both of customer satisfaction and corporate image are found to have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. The model indicates that corporate image has the bigger effect on customer loyalty when compared with both service quality and customer satisfaction. How celebrity endorsements affect consumer purchase decisions is studied extensively by marketing and social psychology researchers. This research will measure endorser credibility of one of motorcycle brand. This research also conducts to discuss the impact of endorser credibility on attitude toward to ad and also the impact of attitude toward to ad and brand attitude on consumers’ purchase intention. Researcher used path analysis with the AMOS program to calculate the effect of each variable to consumers’ purchase intention. It’s suggested that brand attitude would greater impact on consumers’ purchase intention compare to rather than attitude toward to ad. A model will be developed to describe these relationships.

Kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan guru akan memberikan dampak kepada siswa, rekan kerja, dan pimpinan. Hasil kerja juga terpengaruh oleh tingkat kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, penilaian kinerja dan kondisi kerja terhadap kepuasan guru. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Pasuruan dan subjek penelitian adalah guru-guru di sekolah tingkat menengah. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Penilaian kinerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence (KE) on innovative work behavior (PI) by examining the mediating role played by tacit knowledge sharing (TKS) among construction workers in Jakarta. A structured survey questionnaire was used to collect data from 210 respondents (representatives of construction firms) located in Jakarta. Hypothesis testing uses SEM-PLS (structural equation modeling - partial least square). Emotional intelligence has a direct positive impact on tacit knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. Tacit knowledge sharing influences innovative work behavior. Tacit knowledge sharing acts as a partial mediator of the relationship between emotional intelligence and innovative work behavior.     A good corporate image can be formed through marketing communication that is right on target. Marketing communication consists of several elements such as advertising and sales promotions. With attractive sales promotions that are different from competitors and creative and unique advertisements using different themes to attract people's interest and to try what the company offers. This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of salespromotions andadvertisements on the corporate image of the Ramayana Department Store. The sampling technique uses probability sampling method with a sample random sampling technique. The number of samples involved in this study were 100 respondents. Analysis analysis of collected data is processed through multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.0 software. The results state that salespromotions and advertisements have a significant positive effect on corporate image.
