dimungkinkan dengan adanya integrasi teknologi digital dalam bisnis.
Dengan demikian teknologi digital mampu menghadirkan potensi sumber
daya binis yang terbuka dan lebih luas di era Industry 4.0 dan Society 5.0
di era globalisasi yang diasosiasikan dengan ekonomi disruptif. Oleh
karena itu, pemahaman yang bersifat komprehensif atas konsep, strategi
dan implementasi kewirausahaan digital sangat penting dipahami oleh
para pelaku kewirausahaan bukan saja bagi tercapainya kewirausahaan
yang keberlanjutan.
Buku yang ditulis secara kolaboratif oleh para penulis berdasarkan
pengalaman profesional dan akademis mereka ini secara lugas dan
cermat membahas konsep, strategi dan implementasi kewirausahaan
digital. Di dalamnya dibahas konsep kewirausahaan di era digital dan
teknologi digital dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan. Konsep
pemasaran digital dalam kewirausahaan dan aspek bauran pemasaran
dalam kewirausahaan digital kemudian diuraikan. Selanjutnya dipaparkan
manajemen keuangan dalam kewirausahaan digital dan aspek promosi
produk online. Penjelasan mengenai media sosial dan kewirausahaan
digital dan manajemen SDM dalam kewirausahaan digital diberikan
sebelum ditutup dengan paparan mengenai optimasi promosi dalam
pemasaran di era digital dan kewirausahaan dan dinamika manajemen
keuangan global.
Setelah membaca buku ini pembaca diharapkan agar mendapat
pemahaman yang tepat, luas dan dalam atas konsep, strategi dan
implementasi kewirausahaan digital

Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini telah berlansung cukup
lama, setelah melewati beberapa pase kondisi, mulai dari
PSBB, New Normal hingga kini. Selama wabah, aktivitasnya
masyarakat tetap berjalan tapi dengamn syarat mematuhi
protocol kesehatan agar tercapai keberimbangan antara
meminimalkan dampak covid-19 dengan berbagai aktivitas
masyarakat, diantaranya binis, ekonomi dan keuangan.
Sebagai perguruan tinggi, Institut Bisnis dan
Keuangan Nitro Makassar tetap melakukan berbagai
kegiatan kampus terutama perkuliahan dalam bentuk daring,
dengan menerapkan protocol kesehatan yang diwajibkan
pemerintah. Sehingga pencegahan terhadap penyebaran
covid-19 di lingkungan kampus IBK Nitro dapat dihindai.
Salah satu kegiatan professional yang dilakukan diantara
berbagai kegiatan tersebut adalah usaha penerbitan Buku
Covid-19 sebagai Book Chater dari hasil pemikiran civitas
akademika Institut Bisnis dan Keuangan Nitro. Diharapkan
buku ini dapat memberi pemahaman secara umum dan
praktik di bidang ekonomi, bisnis dan keluangan di masa
pandemi Covid-19 khususnya.
Akhir kata disampaikan terimakasih dan selamat atas

Kehidupan organisasi yang telah lama ada, seperti di
bidang pemerintahan, pendidikan, ekonomi dan kemasya-
rakatan dibutuhkan satuan kerja yang secara khusus akan
mengelola sumber daya manusia. Organisasi memiliki
berbagai macam sumber daya sebagai ”input” untuk diubah
menjadi “output” berupa produk barang atau jasa. Sumber
daya tersebut meliputi modal atau uang, teknologi untuk
menunjang proses produksi, metode atau strategi yang
digunakan untuk beroperasi, manusia dan sebagainya.
Karya Dosen-dosen dan Praktisi Bidang Manajemen
Pemasaran patut mendapatkan apresiasi yang tinggi, buku
yang berjudul “Meningkatkan Kepuasan Manajemen
Pemasaran (Konsep & Studi Kasus)”, didasarkan pada
prinsip-prinsip di dunia ekonomi yang mempromosikan
Dosen pada kesetaraan, keadilan dan transparansi. Selain
itu, seorang Dosen juga melakukan fungsi sebagai
fasilitator dalam bentuk pelayanann pendidikan untuk
mahasiswanya.
Namun demikian, secercah harapan dari
kompleksitas permasalahan di atas terdapat di dalam buku

Batasan jarak yang harus dilakukan untuk memutus mata rantai
Virus Covid 19 ini membuat kita mau tak mau melakukan semua
pekerjaan dari rumah, Work From Home.
Begitu juga dalam proses belajar mengajar, yang semula
bertemu di kelas, sekarang harus bertemu lewat layar gadget
masing-masing. Tentu banyak sekali cerita dibalik proses belajar
mengajar ini. Untuk itu, kami para dosen dari berbagai
perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, berbagi cerita proses belajar
mengajar daring ini. Tentu ada suka dan duka, yang terangkum
dalam buku ini.

Syukur Alhamdulillah, Buku Kami keluar lagi dengan
topik yang berbeda. Serba- serbi pendidikan adalah sebuah
judul buku yang berisi kumpulan bunga rampai seni sastra
yang ditulis oleh 10 orang yang terdiri atas guru, dosen,
pegiat pendidikan, pengamat pendidikan dan pencinta dunia
pendidikan. Buku ini adalah buku antologi yang ke 9 oleh
group WA Komunitas Pencinta yang sangat aktif didunia
medsos khususnya tulis-menulis dan sangat peduli dengan
kemajuan bangsa ini.
Dengan produktifitas dan kreatifitas seni sastra yang
original dan belum pernah dipublikasikan di media manapun,
bersama-sama kami terus memberanikan diri untuk
mempersembahkan sebuah buku dengan judul yang
menarik untuk dibaca. Semoga originilitas karya kami ini
bisa menjadi kontribusi yang nyata dalam dunia pendidikan
di era milenial untuk generasi milenial yang cinta dunia
literasi dalam seni sastra, dan bisa menjadi referensi
tambahan bagi semua stakeholder dalam dunia pendidikan

Through data from Puskas Baznas (2022), measurement results in the Sulawesi Region were found in general, the value of the Zakat Literacy Index in 2020 falls into the literacy level category moderate, namely 65.73 where the value of basic understanding gets a score of 71.30 (literacy level moderate) and the value of advanced understanding of zakat is included in the literacy level category the low is 55.40. It can be concluded that in the Sulawesi Region the level pRespondents' understanding of aspects of basic knowledge falls into the sufficient category baik, but the respondents' understanding of the aspects of zakat management in the institution official zakat is still relatively low. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Zakat literacy affects the intention to give zakat, how does social behavior influence the intention of paying zakar, then to find out the perceived value as a mediating variable affect the intention to tithe. This research is an associative quantitative, with non-technical probability sampling. The object of this research is muzakki with different backgrounds in Makassar which is easy to reach. Respondents were rounded up to 100 people collected through a questionnaire, with an ordinal scale, which is distributed to respondents to determine literacy, social behavior, perceived value and intention of muzakki. Data analysis method used in this study moderation uses SmartPLS by entering all data and tested convergent validity, discriminant validity, and significance test.

Sharia property is a property whose transactions are carried out based on Islamic rules. Sharia property was born out of Muslims' concern about the dangers of usury. In Islam, conventional funding based on debt and interest is punished as haram for violating Shari'a. Despite education about usury, the application of sharia-based products began to boom in 2020. There are obstacles experienced by Sharia property, namely late payment installments that violate the agreement. Therefore, rescheduling is held to prevent unilateral losses experienced by sharia property parties. This rescheduling is like resetting the payment term. This Rescheduling review is reviewed from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah to see the form or form of enforcing Islamic principles in business with elements of maqashid sharia. This writing aims to analyze the rescheduling of problematic installments on Sharia property in terms of the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. This qualitative research uses an interpretive paradigm with a phenomenological approach that takes the research location at PT. Wahana Persada Indonesia in Makassar. Data collection was carried out using the method of interviewing with informants. It was found that the result of this study was the implementation of Maqashid Syariah which was applied to rescheduling late payment installments based on a review of the four properties of maqashid sharia according to Ibn Ahur, namely, tolerance, glorifying sharia, realization of sharia goals, and special objectives of sharia in muamalah.

The Islamic economy upholds social values; where there is no difference in status, everyone has the right to get and feel a desire and to be creative. Basically, the principle of sharia economy is to attach importance to the benefit of the people, not mudharat, so the real purpose of the Islamic economy is to avoid chaos and chaos. We know that almost all countries with complete control over the economy are the governments of those countries. Sharia property emerged as a choice for the community, especially for those who want to buy a house or invest, making people, especially Muslims, feel much more comfortable because they can avoid usury which is prohibited in Islam. Sharia property investment is a property investment carried out based on rules following religious rules, where everything you do must be appropriate, including purchasing a house that will be used for investment. This study aims to determine how the basic concepts of Islamic economics are applied to the effectiveness of Islamic property companies. This research is a qualitative study, where the focus of this research examines the application of the Islamic economic system to Sharia property. This research was conducted on companies engaged in sharia property in Makassar City. The population of this study is all sharia properties in Makassar City, located in approximately 17 companies. This essay elaborated the relationship between perceived experience and utilization of digital payments by focusing on the millennial community in Makassar City. Specifically, this study identified the effect of perceived experience variable on the increase of digital payments utilization.
The study was designed using an associative research method with simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that perceived experience influences millennials in Makassar City in using digital payment. This result can be used as a reference for business owners in developing marketing strategies related to the convenience of payment by consumers.

This study investigates the impact of service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba inpatients. Quantitative causal studies are included in this type of research. The population of this study consisted of 14,501 inpatients at the Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital. However, only 150 samples were used because this quantity met the minimum number of samples required for SEM model testing. Primary data sources were used for this study. This type of research includes causal research using quantitative methods. The population in this study were all mining companies listed on the BEI, as many as 28 companies. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling, so the full selection was 50 data from 10 financial statements of mining companies for five years. Secondary data was collected through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis with the Ordinary Least Square model using the Eviews Version 12 software. In this study, the documentation method was used in data collection, then proceeded to the analysis process using correlation and regression analysis.The population in this study is the total cost of sales promotion and sales volume at the company. Due to the limitations of time, cost, manpower, and so on, the researchers took samples, namely sales promotion costs, and company sales volume, between 2018-2020.Based on the results of the analysis for three years, it was obtained that r XY = 0.718 with N = 36 and a significant level of 0.000, obtained r table = 0.708. Digital payment is a payment method using electronic media. Someone can make payment transactions with a short message service (SMS), internet banking, mobile banking, or electronic wallet. This study aimed to analyze the effect of perceived enjoyment on the decision to use digital payments on the millennial generation in Makassar city. Respondents in this study were citizens of Makassar who use digital payment. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The results showed that perceived enjoyment had a positive and significant effect on the Millennials’ decision to use digital payment. It implies that the higher perceived enjoyment felt by Millennials in Makassar City, the higher the chance of their decision to utilize digital payment in transactions.

This generation, labeled as "digital natives," presents unique challenges and opportunities for marketers, given their adeptness with technology and distinct shopping behaviors. To address these challenges, this research aims to conduct a thorough analysis of Generation Z's consumer preferences and effective marketing strategies for building sustainable relationships with them. Drawing from a multitude of qualitative studies spanning from 2010 to 2024, this study employs a systematic review approach to extract insights into Generation Z's preferences and behaviors. By synthesizing qualitative data and employing thematic analysis, the research uncovers recurring patterns, emerging trends, and socio-cultural influences shaping Generation Z's consumer behavior. Furthermore, the study explores the shift in preferences from physical products to experiences and the added value provided by brands. Key findings highlight Generation Z's inclination towards brands prioritizing social values, environmental concerns, and sustainability, as well as their reliance on social media influencers and preference for personalized experiences. This study aims to determine and analyze the knowledge, beliefs, and skills of Islamic banking human resources in Makassar city at the Well Literate, Sufficient Literate, Less Literate, and Not Literate levels. The research approach uses quantitative research with the data source used is primary data. The research population was Islamic bank employees in Makassar city with a sample of 71 employees. The method used is the structural equation method and measurement model. The analysis methods used are validity and reliability tests, data analysis, descriptive analysis with knowledge (X1), beliefs (X2), and skills (X3) variables. The analytical tool used in this research is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) used in analyzing indicators that have been grouped based on their latent variables (constructs) with the variables of knowledge (X1), beliefs (X2), and skills (X3) the data is processed using the Amos 20 program. The conclusion that the level of Islamic financial literacy of Islamic bank HR in Makassar city is obtained on the knowledge variable with an average value of 75% at a moderate level or at the Sufficient Literate level. The belief variable from the analysis results shows that the average value of 82% indicates that Islamic banking human resources have a high level of Islamic financial literacy or at the Well Literate level. The skill variable from the analysis results shows that the average value is 80%, this variable also shows a high level of Islamic financial literacy or at the Well Literate level.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh leverage dan collateralizable assets terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Agency theory digunakan sebagai landasan teori dalam pengembangan hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan persamaan kuadrat terkecil. Tingkat signifikansi yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial adalah sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel leverage dan collateralizable assets berpengaruh positif signifikan tehadap kebijakan dividen. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara simulatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen.

The results of the study concluded that there absence of such a clear role from every unit involved (in this case, SBM ITB Jakarta staff, lecturers, and management) as the root cause of student complaints related to the service quality of SBM ITB Jakarta. Miscommunication and misperception cannot be avoided because every unit has different perceptions and expectations toward each other.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh marketing mix terhadap kepuasan pengguna gojek pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Alauddin Makassar. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 95 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan rumus slovin. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh responden. Analisis data yang akan dilakukan yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji instrument data penelitian yang terdiri dari (uji validitas, uji reliabilitas), uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, lokasi, dan promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna GoJek pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Alauddin Makassar. Sementara orang, proses dan bukti secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna GoJek pada Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Alauddin Makassar. Secara simultan produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, orang, proses dan bukti fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna GoJek pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Alauddin Makassar. Variabel marketing mix yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna GoJek pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Alauddin Makassar adalah produk.

Digital payment is a payment method using electronic media. Someone can make payment transactions with a short message service (SMS), internet banking, mobile banking, or electronic wallet. This study aimed to analyze the effect of perceived enjoyment on the decision to use digital payments on the millennial generation in Makassar city. Respondents in this study were citizens of Makassar who use digital payment. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The results showed that perceived enjoyment had a positive and significant effect on the millennials' decision to use digital payment. It implies that the higher the perceived enjoyment felt by millennials in Makassar City, the higher the chance of their decision to utilize digital payment in transactions.

Metode: Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan ketrampilan sesuai minat mitra sehingga mitra mampu menghasilkan produk unggulan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang dibutuhkan pasar. Hasil pengabdian ini untuk menghasilkan produk dengan nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Dalam upaya membina pembangunan sosial, kewirausahaan yang memiliki tujuan sosial (mensejahterakan masyarakat) dan berbasis pada kegiatan kemasyarakatan, mitra juga akan diberikan pelatihan tentang motivasi berwirausaha dan ketrampilan manajerial kewirausahaan, yang meliputi manajemen produksi, manajemen keuangan, akuntansi sederhana dan manajemen Pemasaran. This study investigates the impact of service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba inpatients. Quantitative causal studies are included in this type of research. The population of this study consisted of 14,501 inpatients at the Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital. However, only 150 samples were used because this quantity met the minimum number of samples required for SEM model testing. Primary data sources were used for this study. The collected data will be subjected to a series of tests, including descriptive analysis, a data quality test consisting of (validity and reliability tests), a classical assumption test consisting of a normality test and an outlier's test, and a SEM analysis conducted with the AMOS program to test the hypothesis. According to the findings of this study, the quality of service has a direct and significant impact on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital. At the Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital, service quality has a significant positive direct and indirect effect on the loyalty of inpatients. The commitment of inpatients at the Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital is positively and immediately affected by their level of satisfaction.

Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah 1) Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan data hasil penelitian. 2) Metode Analisis SWOT, digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor guna merumuskan strategi pemasaran Harian Fajar dan membandingkan antara faktor eksternal peluang dan ancaman dengan faktor internal kekuatan dan kelemahan. This study explores the effect on impulse buying of hedonic motivation for shopping, shooping lifestyle and price discount. In this type of nonprobability sampling method used in the study, the collection of data using a questionnaire instrument is judgmental sampling to Lazada.co.id for as many as 100 consumers. With the assistance of the SPSS unit, the type of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that hedonic motivation for shopping, shopping lifestyle and price discount have a significant impact on the purchase of impulses on Lazada.co.id Online Shopping Consumers.
