The promotion of knowledge sharing within a firm depends to a large extent on changing employee attitudes and behaviors to make them willing to share their knowledge the most significant challenges are culture, which is viewed as the key inhibitor or enabler to effective information exchange. It is interesting to understand and to explore people's attitudes toward sharing knowledge and to see whether there are significant factors can influence people's attitudes. The main purpose of this study is to understand attitudes of employees toward knowledge sharing and to explore culture influences on knowledge sharing. This research is designed to the understanding of factors that affect the bank employees' knowledge sharing and culture influence on knowledge sharing. The possible contribution of this research is to bridge the gap between what people (employees) know (information and expertise) and what they share. In this research researchers apply an extended theory of reasoned action (TRA) as theoretical framework to test knowledge sharing in the banking sector and to explore whether national culture influences users' perception and knowledge sharing.

The Jordanian banks face many problems, and most important of these problems that banks are faced the problem of worsening bad debts with commercial banks, the research aims to identify the level of bad loans (Nonperforming Loans) in the banks of Jordan, and to identify the role of the efficiency of workers in banks in reducing the problem of bad debts. The workers in the credit facilities, who undergo to the training courses necessary, and who has sufficient experience and also the bank which provides to the workers various material and moral incentives contributing in reduction of the problem of bad debts , the right credit decision which is taken is one of the fundamental guarantees to avoid falling into this problem, and for testing hypotheses of the study was designed questionnaire, it distributed on a sample of workers of commercial banks of Jordan, and the number of questionnaires distributed 110 questionnaire, 100 were recovered thus identifying the recovery rate was 90%. The study used of statistical analysis (SPSS) to test hypotheses of the study, the study concluded that there is relationship between the training staff credit and years of experience and the reduction of the debt problem in Jordanian banks and also there is relationship between the existence of a system of the material and moral incentives and reduce the problem of bad debts, and the research recommended that there is need for banks in the Jordan to give greater attention to the subject of training that suitable with the recent developments in the banking field, and also the interest in financial and moral incentives for employees. Keywords: Bad debts, the efficiency of workers in banks, the banking system, financial and moral incentives, training programs, employee experience, the commercial banks in Jordan. 1. Introduction The Banks play a major role in the economy, and the most of problems that Jordanian banks faced is the problem of bad debts, we note the growing problem of bad debts, and increase this problem with time lead to significant losses for these banks as well as to lose part of its funds, this problem stand out clearly through increasing growth and not expected of the bad debts in terms of its size or degree of risk as a result of expansion in the granting of credit facilities without taking the creditworthiness of the client, and taking the various guarantees of the client There are several reasons for this problem, there are reasons related to the bank, and there are reasons related to the customer, and there are external causes, and these reasons play a major role in exacerbating this problem that the Jordanian banks suffered over the years. and the most important reasons that related to the bank's lack of readiness and efficiency of employee credit who teaches the client request by giving credit therefore placement approval or disapproval, and this study tries to focus on the impact of employee credit efficient, who underwent the training courses necessary, and who has sufficient experience and also the bank, which provides a financial and moral incentives different in reducing the problem of bad debts, and the efficiency

There is a lack of agreement on the theoretical and empirical relationships between quality project and culture, and their relative power as predictors of quality of project. This study combination TAM model and culture dimensions as suggested model to predictable acceptance of information quality. A possible contribution is to understanding the role of acceptance technology theory in information quality, to explore national culture affected information quality. And to explores perceptions of information quality held by information technology professionals and held by data consumers. A researcher attempts to validate Hofstede's national culture dimensions, TAM model for the case of information quality and researcher extended technology acceptance model (TAM) as theoretical framework to test and predict quality of information and to explore whether national culture influences users' perception where the People do things because they believe it is right thing to do.

Quality management practices (QMPs) have been proposed to improve organizational performance and received substantial attention in recent researches. This study empirically examines the extent to which QMPs and Organizational performance are correlated and how QMPs impacts on organizational performance. In this study, a QMPs framework is developed according to a comprehensive literature review and represents a relationship between QMPs and Organizational performance through examining the effects of the six QMPs constructs on Organizational performance. Questionnaire using for collected data from the banking sector in Jordan and tested proposed model. The results of this study supported a model proposed.

This paper aims to expand the understanding of information system success dimensions as a critical factor through which information systems spread its influences on the banking success. This research empirically investigated the IS success evaluations in the banking sector in Saudi Arabia. By adopting information systems success (DeLone and McLean) model as for assessing the IS success in the banking system. The study will use a survey instrument to collect data to test the relationships shown in the research model. The sample of this study consisted of employees of the banking sector in KSA. Only 145 questionnaires used for analysis at 38% of total respondents. The study adopted measurement items from related studies of IS success. Different data analysis techniques will be used to validate the IS-Success model. The finding of the study provides empirical support for the existence of a positive relationship between the dimensions of IS success model.IS quality dimensions (information system, system quality, service quality) have a significant positive influence on user satisfaction and use. Just information quality has a significant positive influence on intention to use, but system quality and service quality, not signification. Also use and intention to use have a significant positive influence on user satisfaction. Finally user satisfaction, Use, and intention to use have a significant positive influence on net benefit.

This paper aims to adapt, implement, and practice the physical use of IoT in the construction management industry as a configuration protocol. The authors describe the general outlines of this field capability as a framework, and they foresaw the opportunities of developing a dominant steam line approach to be incorporated in the construction management side. The challenge is to bond the BMS, SCADA, IoT, smart data “Tags”, green building concepts, smart surveillance, self-moving transportation, and mobile technology in one practical, innovative configuration model. The authors, however, called it “Construction management modelling system” (CMMS). The gap point in this paper is the harnessing of Data Tagging systems along with a smart mobile system via radio frequency and Wi-Fi communication system. The significant effort here is to establish optimum modelling of the IoT system to roll out a product containing all the solutions for the existing and expected obstacles in the construct...

This paper focuses on identifying the impact of technical and financial obstacles to the applications and expansion of the smart branches of banks in Jordan. This, however, depends on the Automation of Robotic Processes to identify the reality of applying smart branches in the world, including Jordan. The study employed a sample of 100 employees selected in an equal random manner from 25 Jordanian banks. With its spreading strands, multiple linear regression was used to test the hypotheses of the study. The study concluded that the expansion of banks of smart branches (robots) contributes to reducing operational cost and increasing the bank's profits by reducing the cost of banking service, enhancing its quality, increasing the market share of banks, and reducing the technical and financial obstacles that have a significant impact on the expansion of the smart branches of banks. The study recommended the importance of the development of smart branches of banks in Jordan due to i...
