Puskesmas kecamatan Penjaringan Jakarta Utara telah menerapkan sistem informasi ENA untuk segala bentuk kegiatan pencatatan data, rekam medis, dan layanan kesehatan lainnya. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada sistem informasi ENA sejak tahun 2017 adalah proses update sistem, dan proses validasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan atau proses, dan Standar Prosedur Operasional sistem informasi ENA. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah petugas puskesmas dengan masa kerja lebih dari dua tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ENA sudah cukup baik karena sesuai dengan Standar Prosedur Operasional yang telah ditetapkan. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that causes death. Uncontrolled, identified and unpredictable increases in blood sugar quickly lead to complications. In data mining, many have used approaches to predict the disease, one of which is the use of algortima decison tree C4.5. The motive of this study is to build a predictive model of the likelihood of diabetic patients with the C4.5 algorithm and see the akurasi of the resulting model. Prediction models are made using Pima Indians Diabetes Databases (PPID) data sourced from the UCI Machine Learning Repository. Prediction model with C4.5 decision tree algorithm has 70.32% akurasi by producing 9 rules, with the number of classes “not” as many as 4 rules and classes “yes” as many as 5 rule to predict DM disease. Website hospital applications are one of the technological developments that affect service quality. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the quality of the information system provided in the hospital. The method used is webqual 4.0 with usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. Data collection was carried out used a questionnaire given to 232 health workers at RSAB Harapan Kita who interacted with the SMART application. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique with a quantitative approach and cross-sectional research design. The development of social media today makes changes to marketing methods. Marketing using social media is a cheap solution and does not pose a high risk for the users. With social media, it can be used a way to increase brand awareness. An effective digital marketing media is needed to increase brand awareness, one of them is Facebook ads. In the education sector, facebook ads are still rarely used, generally schools use conventional marketing methods, this method has weaknesses, such as: limited scope and inefficient marketing costs.
