Facebook was introduced as a social network for college students, but today in this digital age it is used nearly by everyone with an internet connection is using by all other age groups. It has to turn out to be the globe's largest social network. Facebook has billions of daily online users. The tools of Facebook are in the form of Facebook Pages, Facebook Advertisement and Publicity and Facebook Groups. This can be can be used to promote products, services and organization, events and many more. Each of these tools can be used for different purpose according to the requirement or all can be used at the same time for better results. Facebook marketing means creating and actively using Facebook for market and marketing related activities and for the purpose of interacting and maintaining contact with and attract customers. This research article is about how Facebook can be used as a tool for marketing business on the world's largest social network.

This paper is related with emerging trends of social entrepreneurship in developing countries like Indian and its future prospects and challenges. This paper shows lights on how development of social entrepreneurship can solve the problems of society which is ignored by commercial and Government enterprises. Social entrepreneur like is Muhammad Yunus, founder and manager of Grameen Bank has lead a new path in the development of social entrepreneurship in developing counties. He was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize in 2006 for his valuable contribution in social entrepreneurship. Work of Yunus and Grameen become motivating factor for modern day social entrepreneurs that emphasize the enormous synergies and benefits when business principles are unified with social ventures. In countries like   India, Pakistan Bangladesh and others countries still there are many challenges for the development of social entrepreneurs. Today, nonprofits and non-governmental organizations, foundations, governments, and individuals also play the role to promote, fund, and advise social entrepreneurs around the countries. A growing number of colleges and universities are establishing programs focused on educating and training social entrepreneurs.

Technology has changed the face of the industrial and manufacturing world. This is the age of the fourth industrial revolution, commonly known as Industry 4.0. It means the introduction of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies like Cyber-Physical Systems, Internet of Things, big data and analytics, augmented reality, additive manufacturing, simulation, horizontal and vertical system integration, autonomous robots as well as cloud computing. It links between man and machine by integrating and combining artificial intelligence in machines. The main aims of Industry 4.0 to initiate transformation in industrial manufacturing through digitalization and exploitation of the potentials of new technologies. In essence, Industry 4.0 is related to the creation of creates "smart factory". Amazon, Uber, Facebook, "smart factories" and 3D printing, are among modern pioneers of the new industrial revolution. But with a great opportunity, comes great challenges. The aim of this paper is to present and facilitate an understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, its drivers, enablers, goals, and limitations.
