In the past the division of work roles and family duties was very clear. Where the husband is the breadwinner while the wife takes care of his family and children. In line with the development of business and the business world, opportunities for education and work not only for men but also women. At present there has been a change in demographic trends that not only hit Indonesia but also the world. Like the increase in the number of women entering the workforce, and the increasing number of families where husbands and wives, each works and has their own income. Based on the data that has been observed, the type of research is descriptive research using surveys. Based on the form of the problem, this research includes Quantitative Descriptive research. The population in this study is the entire research subject, namely female employees at PT. Bank Sumut Tbk Medan. The sample used in this study is a minimum of 100 people

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan adanya peran employee engagement dalam memediasi etika kerja Islam terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada Dosen Universitas Harapan Medan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat variabel independen yaitu etika kerja Islam dan variabel dependen yaitu organizational citizenship behavior. Sedangkan variabel mediasi adalah employee engagement. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Dosen Universitas Harapan Medan berjumlah 146 orang Dosen dengan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah path analysis. This study aims to determine work conflict and workload on work stres with a non-physical work environment as a moderating variable in the North Sumatra Education Office. The design of this research is to test regression with moderating variables by using an interaction test or often called Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) or interaction test is a special application of linear multiple regression where the regression equation contains an interaction element (multiplication of two or more independent variables). In this study, the entire population was opened by 115 employees, while the sample was 95 employees at the North Sumatra Education Office. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work conflict and workload have a significant effect on work stres. Non-physical work environment variables as moderating variables that can strengthen the effect of work conflict and workload on work stres.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi komunikasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian pada Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 558 orang dan 234 responden sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan proportionated stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi komunikasi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel budaya organisasi memediasi hubungan antara kompetensi komunikasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Sucofindo yang merupakan perusahaan swasta. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh diberikan oleh sistem ker ja dan careerpath terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan di mediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Populasi adalah pegawai yang bekerja di perusahaan sebanyak 100 pegawai yang terbagi atas lima divisi, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampel jenuh sehingga jumla sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasidan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur,regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji Sobel Test. Worker performance is volatile and does not just appear. Good worker performance is stimulated by various organizational and individual factors. The research objectives to analyze the impact of servant leadership on worker performance mediated by the quality of work-life and moderated by work engagement. This research is an explanatory type. All staff of PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa as many as 134 people became the population and sample. Saturated sampling are used in determining the research sample. The analytical technique used causal step mediation test and the absolute difference value moderating test. The results prove that servant leadership has a significant positive impact on employee engagement mediated by the quality of work-life. Servant leadership has a significant negative impact on employee engagement moderated by work engagement. In this case, work engagement weakens the impact of servant leadership on worker performance. Further research needs to be done on a larger sample size by exploring variables that can strengthen the influence of servant leadership in improving employee performance to contribute to the organization' s competitive advantage.

Secara umum citizenship behavior merujuk pada 3 elemen utama yaitu, kepatuhan, loyatitas, dan partisipasi. Kepatuhan dan loyalitas merupakan definisi citizenship dalam pengertian yang luas, sehingga esensi dari citizenship behavior adalah partisipasi. Dalam partisipasi, perhatian terutama ditujukan pada arena nasional, arena komunal, dan arena organisasional. Dalam artikel ini, citizenship behavior akan disoroti dalam dimensi organisasional (Organizational Citizenship Behavior/OCB). Organisasi akan tetap eksis bila didukung oleh karyawan yang loyal dan berkomitmen tinggi kepada organisasi, yang ditunjukkan dalam sikap dan perilaku karyawan dl tempat kerja. This Study aims to describe the performance of female employees in the Medan banking sector in terms of work family conflict and job satisfaction. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers used the distribution of questionnaires (questionaire) and in-depth interviews (indepth interview) with employees, especially women in the banking sector in the city of Medan. The researcher spreads the list of questions (questionaire) directly to the employees. The population in this study were female employees who worked in the banking sector of the city of Medan.
