Brain drain has been always existed and supported by many people and countries. However, there are many others imagining that brain drain is a disaster and it is considered as a process of losing of talented people. In this essay I would like to share my point of view in this mattered subject.

'' Drop-out'' from school has been always the subject matters of many debates. Many officials argue and discuss this problem. However,other effectively trying to find solutions. In this essay, I am going to advance some its causes, results and solutions. Poverty plays an important role in raising the rate of children who dropped-out from schools. In addition, the ignorance of parents, which effect on their children andforce them to exit school. ''No need to complete, there is no benefit, school is just wasting time, what do you learn from it?, you must to work and help us''parents says. Of course, when children hear some destruction words like this, they will hate schools and hate their parents as well. Also, in some areas, school can be very far, so this problem can really make drop-out from school true. For example, less of transports, walking so long by foot and going alone. Those dangerous statements can be considered as a real threat for children, especially with less of protection. As usual, every problem has its results, so after dropping-out students from school, we will have a community with high rate of ignorance of men, women and children. All of them will have less of knowledge that would not allow us to live in more development society. Another result is that the youths who want to find a job and make their own little family, will face a hardness to achieve their rights, which recently become as a '' happy dreams''. Therefore, we find a large number of youth trying to complete their shortage of education. They do that by several kind of crimes: one of the most easy and spread crime is stealing, stealing a banks, houses, cars and phones, just in order of money. Also, some youthsuse a drag because they think that drags will make them forget all their problems, abandon their responsibility and live in their own new world. All those crimes lead only to tow results whether inter the prison or death penalty. In fact, every problem has its solutions. There are many suggestions to limit those tragedies in both villages and cities. To start with,establishfavourable institutions in terms of education and religion for men, women and children that will develop them. Also, advise governments to apportion annual budgets for families who are under the line of poverty. In addition, provide an excellent education that will also develop our Muslims societies. Finally, by apply the solutions; the problem of students who dropped-out from school will reduce significantly as well integrity them again to complete their study.

This research was conducted to investigate the relationship between two variables:  critical thinking skills and argumentative writing skills in Moroccan Preparatory Classes of Higher Engineering Schools (Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles) ( CPGE), Omar Ibn Khattab Meknes . The participants were the 2nd year Maths and Physics (MP) students in CPGE, Omar Ibn Al Khattab Meknes. 60 students participated in the study from a total number of 120 students. The research adopted the correlation design to measure the degree of association between two variables using the statistical procedure of correlation analysis. The aim of this study is to analyse argumentative essay errors made by Moroccan students in Preparatory Classes of Higher Engineering Schools (Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles) ( CPGE).The participants  of this study  were  1st  year Physics, Chemistry  and Engineering Sciences (PCSI ) students in CPGE Omar Ibn Al Khattab, Meknes . 68 students participated in the study which means that  all PCSI students  were involved. The study uses a mixed method design. In the quantitative method, the  data was gathered  from students’ argumentative essay tests. Students’ errors were  quantified numerically and  the contents of teachers’ interviews  were  analyzed qualitatively. Mass media seem to provide a rich content for language acquisition. Exposure to television, the Internet, the mobile phone and other technological gadgets and devices helps enrich the student’s lexicon positively as well as negatively. The difficulties encountered by students while learning and acquiring second languages in addition to their eagerness to comprehend the content of a particular program prompt them to diversify their methods so as to achieve their targets. The present study highlights the significance of certain media channels and their involvement in language acquisition with the employment of the Natural Approach to further grasp whether students, especially secondary and high school students, learn and acquire errors through watching subtitled television programs.
