The definition of user experience is a degree of positive or a negative emotion that is specific for the user who is experienced in a specific context during and after product use and that motivates for further usage. The goals of this research are to identify the user expectation or experience while playing mobile games and also to examine the triggering context and its regularities with core experience. A set of questionnaire will be design to gain primary data from the respondents about their perception about the management and maintenance work that has been carried out by the local authority for that area. The facilities of a Higher Education Institution like Universiti Teknologi Malaysia are one of its most valuable assets and must be manage properly in order to meet the need of the Institution’s end-user (Local and International students). This research provides essential concept on the application of facility management in general and specific emphasis on Higher Education facilities like library and class rooms among others. The purpose of this study is to identify and assess whether the facilities provided in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia meet the International students’ requirement and recommend measure necessary to meet the shortfalls of these requirements. 210 questionnaires were administered to seven hostels and quantitative analysis technique was used in the analysis of the result. The finding shows 70% of the respondents (male and female) are satisfied and comfortable with the academic facilities which include (Library, class rooms) however, 30% were not. Overall result shows that 65% of the respondents are satisfied with the campus facilities while 35% are not satisfied.

This mobile based proposed teaching aid tool application was developed to change teaching and learning process to become more interesting, fun and motivated. The application development process was based on the design of the study initiated using storytelling gamification with the implementation of three main phases; Pedagogy Phase, Design Phase and Evaluation Phase. The three main phases were divided into smaller components to facilitate the process of achieving the goals set by each phase. This study used the syllabus from Polytechnic Malaysia with the focus group of students in semester three (Mechanical Engineering) and semester four (Electrical Engineering). The Evaluation Phase was divided into two main tests which are the Preliminary Test and Final Test. Some students struggle with embarrassment and shame about topics that need to be discussed to keep to themselves. Technology involvements, such as chatbot, have been designed to help with these problems, such as stress, anxiety, and depression. Thus, this study proposed developing a mobile application with chatbot implementation for students to improve and manage their mental health. Using the Speech Emotion Recognition system, the Virtual Counsellor was developed using Android Studio and Visual Studio Microsoft and implemented a chatbot using Watson Assistant API. Many studies have done to identify the cause of stress and the effect of stress among university students. However, stress monitoring is not well mentioned in the previous works especially stress monitoring with questionnaire-based. Thus, this research tried to come out with a mobile application that fit to use to monitor the stress level by using a questionnaire. Mobile-D used to identify and develop the mobile application, namely as Stress Catcher. Mobile-D approach allows Test-driven development and it is suitable to use for mobile applications development. A prototype of Stress Catcher will function to prove the usefulness in human lifestyle.

This paper presents the evaluation of positive emotion in children's mobile learning applications. The mobile learning application is a teaching aid that can help students to self-study and increase the students’ interest in learning especially children. This paper will discuss how mobile learning application affects the children interest in school. The evaluation method implemented to evaluate the rate of positive emotion elicited by the children using mobile learning applications was a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative methods. Since emotion can be either negative or positive, the identification of a proper method or perspective was required to prove that positive emotion was really elicited. Provision of environment that is conducive and promotion of active surrounding highly influence the elderly to stay active. Nonetheless, literature pertaining to this particular topic area from the stance of elderly Muslims is in scarcity.
