To get a large profit in a company or business is to determine sales predictions for the next period. Prediction or forecasting is one of the keys to the success of sales because the predicted value of sales can be used as a reference to determine the order of goods, so there is no loss. Exponential smoothing method is a fairly superior forecasting method in long-term, medium-term and short-term forecasting. The data to be processed is sales data for the 2020-2022 period. The single exponential smoothing method was chosen because it can determine sales predictions for the next period with the smallest error value. The evaluation method used is MAPE, ME, MAD and MSE where this forecasting method is used to find the smallest error value. Based on the calculation results, the smallest error value obtained is ME at 62.8, MAD at 179.9, MSE at 55564.5, and MAPE at 9.20%. The value is at alpha 0.3. UOB Bank is one of the private banks in Batam city that provide mobile banking application which called TMRW and it has several bank products like housing credit, credit cards, deposit and other financial product as well. Research here is conducted to explore the effect of the mobile application of the UOB called TMRW along with the product tha effect satisfaction of the customer. The researcher took random sample in this case with the regresseion method for the hypthesis test. Many operators are provided with the mutation testing tool. However, with many of the mutants tested it will produce many that are identified so that it requires a lot of time to repair the source code. The purpose of this study is to find the priority pathway for repairing mutants so that it is more effective when many mutants are detected on mutation testing. Mutation testing tools as material for evaluation of mutation operators are MUJAVA and PIT. The method used for evaluation is the dependency metric by including the evaluation of mutant similarities in the frequency and level of use of mutants. The results of the MUJAVA operator mutant test show that there is a priority path for mutant repair on mutation testing. The path starts from the first group improvement (AOIU, AOIS, ROR), the second group (COI, ASRS, JSD), and the third group (AORB, COR, LOI, JSI). Based on the number of followers of mutant operators, the efficiency level is 33%. The dependency value in PIT has a comprehensive value. The results show that the improved source code starts with the math mutator.

College students are in a transitional phase from youth to adulthood. The transition period makes students still unstable to control their emotions. It makes his curiosity towards new things increase which then shows his personality traits. The purpose of this study was to find out how researchers collect data about personality from students, to find out how to classify personality from the data that has been collected. Research methods start from collecting data using Text Preprocessing questionnaires, Data Training, Classification, Testing, to making predictions. After applying the classification algorithm with the Naïve Bayes algorithm, the Train Score is 0.947 and the Test Score is 0.879. Trials have also been carried out to make predictions with new data whose results are correct.

Penentuan kelayakan kredit seringkali tidak akurat, sehingga menghasilkan skor kredit yang rendah karena kesalahan marketing saat melakukan analisis. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis data pemohon kredit pinjaman menggunakan klasifikasi data mining yakni algoritma C4.5 dengan menggunakan beberapa atribut diantaranya pekerjaan, karakter, pendapatan, plafond pinjaman, dan jaminan yang akan dihitung dengan perhitungan manual dan perhitungan software weka untuk mempermudah uji kelayakam pemberian kredit pinjaman dalam mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dan cepat. Tingkat akurasi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 98% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini dapat membantu dan mendukung dalam mengambil keputusan layak dan tidak layak dalam pemberian kredit pinjaman cepat dan efektif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan sebuah website untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara harapan dan persepsi ideal pengguna website. Masalah yang harus dipecahkan adalah bagaimana memulai mengevaluasi sebuah situs web. Pendekatan terukur WebQual dipilih karena merupakan teknik langsung ke pengguna di mana pengukuran kualitas situs web didasarkan pada persepsi. WebQual yang digunakan adalah WebQual versi 4.0 yang telah dimodifikasi dengan menambahkan dimensi User Interface Quality dengan tiga dimensi utama yaitu Quality of Usability, Quality of Information, dan Quality of Service Interaction. Analisis statistik menggunakan analisis perbedaan (differences t-test) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Alat ini bekerja mendeteksi suhu suatu ruangan, dan bekerja pada suhu normal. Adapun sensor yang digunakan adalah LM35 dan MQ-3 sebagai sensor suhu dan sensor asap. Sistem kontrol ini bekerja berdasakan suhu panas dan kepekatan asap. Pengontrolan ini menggunakan fuzzy logic dengan error pada keluarannya adalah 3%, dan ini lebih efektif dan efisien.

Inventory is an important thing for companies to run business processes to be effective and efficient in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. One example is the supply of spare parts at PT. XYZ is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of heavy metals namely Cooper Slag in Batam City which is very much needed by shipyards and Offshore. The purpose of this study is to facilitate PT. XYZ in making spare parts inventory optimization decisions. The system used is a Fuzzy Inference System that applies the Mamdani method. This method can be easily applied to a system created with the help of a fuzzy inference system toolbox. The implication function used in this process is the MIN function. The results obtained in the FIS test are 8, this number is still in the parameters of the output variable a little and medium. So, it can be concluded that the Mamdani method FIS can help PT.XYZ in making decisions on the optimization of spare parts procurement.
