Since 2017 she has been co-director of the Master 2 Recherche “Architecture et ses territoires” at the School Humanités de l'Université Paris-Saclay.
Since 2006 she has been a researcher at the Archivio del Moderno (Università della Svizzera italiana, Accademia di architettura), where she is in charge of the scientific coordination and direction of international research projects.
Graduated in Architecture from the Università di Napoli “Federico II” in 2000, and from the same university gained a post-graduate scholarship for conducting advanced studies at the Institut d'Architecture of the University of Geneva under the direction of Bruno Reichlin.
In 2004 she gained the 2nd cycle European Master's degree in History of Architecture from the Università di Roma Tre with a thesis on the analytical inventory of the Fondo Pietro Aschieri preserved at the Accademia Nazionale di San Luca.
In 2010 she obtained a PhD in architecture from the Institut d'Architecture of the University of Geneva with a thesis directed by Bruno Reichlin and focused on the villa "La Saracena" by Luigi Moretti (published in 2012 by Mendrisio Academy Press).
From 2011 to 2012 she spent a year at the EHESS - École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris as a post-doc with the research project “Formes émouvantes. Sur la captation savante de l’œuvre d’architecture au XX siècle” .
In 2015 she obtained the Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and Université Paris Saclay).
From 2006 to 2011 she was an assistant of Bruno Reichlin at the Accademia di Architettura in Mendrisio, Università della Svizzera italiana, in the courses in “Critical Instruments for Twentieth-Century Architecture”, “Reuse Project” and “Restoration and Reuse of Twentieth-Century Architecture”; in 2013 she collaborated with Marianne Burkhalter/Christian Sumi in the course “Concept of Modernism”.
From 2013 to 2016 she was maître assistant associée at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture of Versailles (ENSA Versailles) and a guest researcher at the research laboratory of the same Ecole (LéaV).
Her researches at the Archivio del Moderno deal with Italian and Swiss Twentieth-century architects (such as Luigi Moretti, Giulio Minoletti, Marco Zanuso, Peppo Brivio) and on transversal themes such as the forms of interaction between architecture and the arts (André Bloc, Hans Hartung and Anna Eva Bergman).
In the academic year 2015-2016 she was a senior scholarship researcher at the Department of Education of the Republic and Canton Ticino with the research project “Peppo Brivio (1923): the architect-intellectual in search of a “grammar”.
She was in charge of the scientific coordination of the exhibition “Luigi Moretti architect. From Rationalism to Art Informel”, MAXXI, Rome (curators: Bruno Reichlin and Maristella Casciato, 2010) and “Luigi Moretti. History, Art and Science”, Accademia Nazionale di San Luca, Rome (curators: Bruno Reichlin and Letizia Tedeschi, 2010).
She was co-curator of “Luigi Moretti Architect: from Rationalism to Art Informel” (with Bruno Reichlin, 2012) and “Giulio Minoletti (1910-1981): Architect, Urbanist and Designer” (with Christian Sumi, 2014), both presented at the Gallery of the Accademia di Architettura, Mendrisio; and of “Structure Sculpture. Architecture et performance de 1960 à nos jours à Genève” at the Commun-BAC, Geneva (with Paolo Amaldi and Maïlis Favre, 2017).
She was scientific consultant of the exhibition “Experiments in Synthesis of the Arts. André Bloc and Gianni Monnet on a Journey among the Protagonists of Concrete Art”, Studio Dabbeni, Lugano (2016).
Her researches are focused principally on:

Ideata e costruita fra il 1955 e il 1957 sulla costa tirrena di Santa Marinella, vicino a Roma, Villa La Saracena segna la pienezza del tempo professionale di Luigi Moretti (1907-1973), ormai maturo per condensare in un'opera esemplare le sue argute e appassionate riflessioni sui diversi linguaggi artistici e sulle rispettive possibilità di una tangenza e contaminazione. Di questo capolavoro, il presente volume ripercorre minutamente la storia progettuale e propone un'originale interpretazione fondata sulle categorie critiche della "mediterraneità", del Barocco e dell'Informale, al centro di un vivace dibattito culturale negli anni Cinquanta. Ne emerge il ruolo di protagonista dello spazio interno, da cui procedono forma e struttura, e da cui promanano movimenti di superfici, modulazioni luministiche, singolari trasmutazioni di materia che sollecitano senza posa la sfera emotiva dell'osservatore
