The design and manufacture of the waste water cleaning system are important aspects of this project. “Fabrication of semi-automatic water cleaning system for rivers and lakes” is a system that removes debris and waste particles from the water surfaces and carefully arranges the waste for disposal into a water body. This research work examined the current position of our nation’s waterways, which was dumping tones of sewage waste and filled with toxic pollutants and harmful wastes. As a result of the rapid increase in land and water pollution in the mode of garbage, aquatic animals’ lives are being disrupted and they are becoming endangered. A remote-control machine will collect waste products from water bodies, resulting in a reduction in contaminants in the water, with little disruption to aquatic life and fewer difficulties. The conventional and popular ways of collecting floating trash, which is positioned close to the river’s shore, are by hand or by boat, for instance. However, these methods require a sizable workforce, are costly, risky, and time-consuming. After taking into account every aspect of river surface cleaning systems and removing the shortcomings of all previously described approaches, the remotely operated river cleaning machine was created. It effectively, efficiently, and environmentally-friendly helps clean the surface of rivers. The main objective of the project is to decrease the time and labor needed to clean water bodies. With the use of a motor and belt drive system that is powered by a battery that stores energy, this gadget cleans water.

This study mainly focuses on the development of the river water garbage cleaning machine, which is capable of floating on water and remove the solid waste such as plastic, debris, more precisely waste debris in efficient and effective manner. As we know that water is the most basic and important need of human body and all human and aquatic life. About 100% of the total earth surface, 71% is covered with water and ocean holds about 96.5%. And from which only 2.5% of water is fresh, drinkable. Mainly the fresh water we get for the drinking purpose comes from ground water which is only 1.2%, remaining is in the form of glaciers, ice, or deep inside the ground. Also 0.3% of fresh water is available in rivers and lakes. But if we look after today's scenario, the rivers and water bodies which supply fresh drinking water are being polluted by the waste debris, solid and liquid waste which spread the toxic chemical. Due to all this pollutants present in the water, the water is being polluted which is dangerous for human and aquatic life. So considering all the above problems we thereby designed this project. The main motive of this project is to clean this small/big solid wastes from the water bodies like lakes and rivers, by "River water garbage cleaning machine. The main mechanism of this project is that it will be working on RF module(Radio Frequency), which is a remote control arrangement along with some other components like convevor belt, waste collector, chain drive mechanism, battery, propellor, floating pipes, etc. assembled together. As the motor runs, the conveyor belt also runs collecting the waste onto it and further transfer it to waste collector. So the main aim is that with less human efforts, with reducing time and man power, cleaning the water body. 1. Intoduction Water is the basic need of human as well as aquatic life. Human requires approximately 7-8 liter of water per day. But the aquatic depends wholly on water. About71% of the total earth is covered with water of which 97% is saline and of 3% is fresh (2/3 in glacier form and remaining in liquid form). Water is also used by the plants. Plant has the special tissue namely xylem which carrier water from the stem to the upward part of the plant. We get water from many sources like rivers, lakes, dams, reservoirs etc. We can say that rivers, lakes and plants are the important sources of water. Human also use water for many more purpose such as drinking, washing utensils and cloths, washing cars, etc. But the most important purpose of water for the human or any other living life is for drinking. But what if the water is not fresh? What if we get polluted water to drink, cook, etc. ? Yes, the same is the condition in today's and day by day scenario. The main problem of the human and living organism is pollution, more clearly water pollution. Water pollution is harmful to the living organisms in different ways. Due to the water pollution many aquatic life is in danger situation. The fishes and all the aquatic animals as well as plants are suffering hazardous situation. In polluted water, due to the abundant growth of algae, the oxygen content become lesser, causing the death of fishes and other organisms. It is estimated that during the last twenty years, there is a decrease of about 40% in aquatic life. Algae are responsible for imparting peculiar taste and odour to many of the water supplies and also are cause of gastroenteritis. There are many cases on record of the destruction of marine life by polluted water. Not only aquatic organism but also human are also affected by the water pollution, the water pollution supplies is probably responsible for more environmental influence. The main reason of the water pollution is the solid waste, waste from factories, plastic wastes, beverage cans, food wrapping plastic, etc. Due to this there is adverse effect on environment and also the biodiversity. Thus taking in consideration all the problems in the day to day life we have designed a small project, i.e. "River Water Cleanup Machine". Our project is basically a model that can help reducing the pollution caused due to the waste in the water. Waste materials/substances such as waste debris, plastic bags, bottles, cans etc. which are floating on the water surface. Our project can be used in those places where the water debris are found and which needs to be removed. In our project we are mainly using the chain drive mechanism or we can say that motor driven conveyor mechanism which is efficient of collecting the solid waste floating on the water bodies. Further the conveyor mechanism consists of the belt on which fins are attached. These fins collects the waste and transfer it further on the conveyor belt and lastly to the collecting tray/box. This will be reducing the water pollution and also will help to reduce the death rate of aquatic animals. This project will be used to collect the waste from rivers, lakes, ponds, etc. The mechanism of the model is driven by using batteries. These project also collects the impurities present in drainage water like empty bottles, polythene bags, wrapping plastics, etc. So this can help the society to reduce the pollution. In this way our project will be able to fulfill the main objective of reducing man power and less human intervention.

This project focuses on the design and manufacture of marine debris cleaners. This project discharges millions of liters of sewage and contains pollutants, toxic substances, debris and more. The Government of India has outsourced lake cleaning to and has invested huge amounts of capital in many river cleaning projects in both North and South India. It is imperative to reduce pollution of lakes and rivers, which are the lifelines of civilization. Today, almost every manufacturing process is atomized to deliver product faster. Automation plays an important role in the mass production. In this project, we built the Lake remote control washer. The main goal of this project is to reduce manpower, time, and consumption of, primarily for cleaning lakes on the surface of the water. The project used a motor and chain drive deployment to automate the lake cleaning process. Some automation needs are described below. Here you can use the RF transmitter and receiver to control the washer. Automation can be achieved with computers, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics and more. Of these options, pneumatics are an attractive medium for low-cost automation.

Abstract— Indonesia has at least 5.6 thousand main rivers and 65 thousand streams. Out of 5.5 thousands of main rivers. Nevertheless, river pollution is getting increased, most of the pollutants of the river is solid materials, for example plastic waste. Therefore, an innovative technology is needed to solve this problem. The Water Resources Constitution in 2004 explain that water resources conservation can be done by water management and good restraint of water pollution. The objective of this paper is to know the planning of The River’s Rubish Catcher Machine design by calculating the specific technology working system. The machine is called River’s rubish Catcher Machine (RRC – Machine), a machine working to catch the rubbish in the watershed of the city. This machine consists of machine box, waste bin, belt, and blade turbine. RRC-Machine is designed with the special design to catch the rubbish and then automatically will brought it to the rubbish bin. Beside it, RRC-Machine is ...

According to a report published by teri the energy and resources institute, an analysis by PlasticIndia Foundation suggest that the plastic industry has grown at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10%, in volume terms from 8.33 million metric ton per annum (MMTPA) in FY 10 to 13.4 MMTPA in FY 15 and is expected to grow at 10.5% from FY 15 to FY 20 to reach 22 MMTPA. An estimate of Ministry of Petroleum And Natural Gas, average per capita consumption of plastic in India is about 11 kg, and is expected to reach at 20 kg per capita by 2022. If these solid wastes are thrown in the drainages, these would clog the drainage system and eventually lead to spreading of various diseases. Manual extraction of these solid wastes may be dangerous for the life of the worker. So we have come with the idea of automatic extraction of this solid waste. This project automatically removes the solid waste and dumps into a dustbin and avoids the clogging of drainages. The project eliminates the need of manual extraction of solid waste. After removing this solid waste at the converging section of the drainage itself this water can be treated and can be reused again.
Traditional method for disposal sewage waste is carried over by manual scavengers where they get inside the maintenance whole pit. It has been estimated 1.24 million scavengers in the country are involved in the sanitation of our surroundings. In Manual scavengers mainly used for basic tools such as a bucket lined with a sack and a handle. The worker then carries the waste manually in bare hands and takes it to the disposal sites. Here scavengers are exposed to gases such as hydrogen disulfide, carbon (IV) oxide, ammonia, and methane. Prolonged exposure to hydrogen disulfide can lead to death by asphyxia. In individual may experience epileptiform convulsions and may fall unconscious and later die. The gas is also associated with visual acuity. To eradicate this condition, manual scavenging is replaced by machines. This machine removes solid waste and again to suck away the liquid sewage. The primary function of the sewage cleaning machine is to collect, transport as well as to dispose of the solid waste in the waste bucket by the help of claws. Solid waste in drainage includes empty bottles, polythene bags, papers etc. The continuously cleaned in the drainage with the help of a model using this drive system to remove the solid waste and threw it into a waste bucket.
Water is one of the essential need for the existence of life on earth. In spite of 70% water on earth majority of water is not suitable for drinking purpose. There is a huge demand of clean water as it is used for a variety of purpose such as drinking, bathing, cleaning, cooking etc. Impurities present in water can cause serious health issues that can damage the life of human beings. The chief function of the automatic drainage system is to collect, transport, as well as dispose the solid waste in the waste bucket by the help of claws. Solid waste in drainage water includes empty plastic bottles, polythene bags, papers etc. Impurities in drainage water can lead to blockage of the drainage system. In order to avoid such situation these impurities are needed to be taken out time to time for the continuous flow of drainage water. Drain can be cleaned continuously by the help of model using the drive system to remove the solid waste and threw it into waste bucket collector. The main objective of this project work is to initiate the efficient working of system. This project automatically cleans the water in the drainage system each time any impurity appears, and claws which are driven by chain sprocket grasp the solid waste and threw it into the waste bucket to avoid blockage. It even reduces the effort of manual labor as well as reduces the threat to human life from infection disease caused by sewage water.
