To open consideration of Urban Tribes, return to the question Kant thought was central "What is the human being?" [1] This universal question has never lost its relevancy. Part of the answer is that being human means embracing cultural diversity, yet at the same time humanity requires valuing people as individuals. For those in caravans approaching the US border, being human is holding on to aspiration in spite of accidents of birth. Yet another response to this question is a reverence for natural and social systems, as elaborated by artistic discourse. It is the fashion to predict that our future, and increasingly our present, belongs to high technologies such as AI, VR, and AR. Ethnicity and other humanistic concerns seemingly will be dissolved in a utopian future. Stephen Fry [2] retorts that we live in a flood plain and a great storm is coming; most urgently, if counter-intuitively, in order to prepare for a future bristling with technology, it is imperative to redouble our efforts to understand who humans really are, what machines can and cannot do, and which of our priorities they can assist. Art and humanity are more important than ever; we need to understand our soul, spirit, sense of beauty, love, inspiration, loyalty, and empathy. The widespread use of machines will afford us much more time, so it is vital to know how and why we can fulfill our true destiny.

The purpose is to identify the influence of strategic leadership via the mediation of cultural diversity toward innovation in the workplace of Abu Dhabi Police administration in UAE via cultural diversity. A quantitate research approach and questionnaire procedures were followed to collect data from the UAE police administration's employees. The self-administrative questionnaires were distributed to get valid answer from the employees. Thus, 500 questionnaires were distributed in total 100 above branches and 470 valid questionnaires were collected. PLS (Partial Least Square) was used to analysis for linear regression model by projecting the predicted variables and the observable variables to a new space to get the results and hypothesis support. The finding of the study has shown that the variables are separately reliable and valid to support this study. This study has shown the values as contributing to the innovation and leadership approaches specifically strategic leadership and innovation. The model significantly has noted to police administration in terms of future progression.

Pakistan as culturally diverse country possesses wide range of cultural factors. These cultural factors affect the living style,traditions, values and norms as well as the education. As e-learning is global mode of education so learners from different backgrounds enrolled in learning management system. Diversity of culture and learning styles should keep under considerations while designing elearning environment. In this research work e-learning cultural factors highlighted by bently et. al are incorporated to find the learner level. After assignment of level, learner respective Learning Management System(LMS) is allocated to learner. The focus is to concentrate on cultural factor in e-learning system. Furthermore; a prototype of the proposed system is implemented for the validation of proposed architecture.

In a globalized world, Asian, Latin, and Arabic characters and visual cultures increasingly appear side by side and are interwoven with one another. The coexistence of different visual cultures is now part of our daily lives, and it is part of many different bases of communication. This design research is confined to the following main questions: How is it possible to present information, structures, and designs from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds with their own system of representation, so that these systems coexist in an equitable way? The first phase of the research focused mainly on multilingual typography. A concrete practical application of the newly developed design methods for intercultural communication was elaborated as a corporate design for the scientific conference " Future Cities, Sino-­‐Swiss Science, Industry, and Government in Dialogue " at the Expo 2010 Shanghai (with Swissnex Shanghai) and accompanied by an exhibition for the festival " Culturescapes " 2010 in Basel. In the second phase, we shifted our attention to the transcultural potential of images from China and the West. As an exemplary object of research we chose a Ming dynasty encyclopedia of images. Here we investigated the following questions: How do the images from the encyclopedia convey information, which principles of representation does it follow, and how can this knowledge be communicated to the Western public? How do cultural ideas and concepts exclude one another? How can we break free from too firmly established patterns that underlie all fundamental representational systems?
