In this study, real time monitoring and controlling of an elevator prototype based on PLC is developed. The software of PLC has been improved in Simatic Version 4.0 and the main control interface is also developed in Visual Basic as more visual. The system has been applied on a laboratory sized elevator prototype which includes a dc motor, sensors for every floor, gas-smoke detectors and temperature sensor. OPC Server protocol is used to transfer data between the PLC and the control interface. The system developed can be used for not only controlling and monitoring an industrial elevator system but also learning the basic principles of a PLC based system and control strategies of elevator systems as an educational material.

Technology has been putting his part in introducing different projects as we have used the field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) development board of low cost and programmable logic done by the new evolvable cyclone software is optimized for specific energy based on Altera Cyclone II (EP2C5T144) through which we can control the speed of any electronic device or any Motor Control IP product targeted for the fan and pump. Altera Cyclone FPGAs' is a board through which we can monitor the speed and direction of the DC motor. As we know how to make understand, dynamic analog input using an A-to-D convertor and we know how to create pulse width modulation (PWM) output with FPGA. Therefore, by combining these two functions we can create an FPGA DC motor controller. Our paper is divided into three parts: First, all of us will attempt to imitate the issue and can try to look for its answer. Secondly, we will try to verify the solution for real-time. The automatic stopping of this bus is controlled byan ARM microcontroller. The C programming language is used for programming the microcontroller. The hardware is assembled in a toy like prototype tunnel bus. Actuators and sensors are interfaced with printed circuit board (PCB) which is used for automation purpose. Simulation for the system's circuit is done with the help of Proteus software. RFID reader is used to identification of right track.

In today's world, we see that most of the families consist of mainly the parents and children. When a baby is born in a family there has to be someone to look after the baby. Some parents have to do a double task of keeping a check on the baby as well as do the household work. Keeping a nanny could be an option but not all can afford nannies and also it is always difficult for parents to rely on some strangers to look after their baby. So to help such parents we have decided to come up with a smart cradle which will help a mother or a father have a track of their child and do some household work simultaneously. The temperature and wetness sensor detects the temperature and wetness of the baby and if it increases a particular level, the message will be sent to the parents. The mic in the system detects, if the baby cries and a song will play through the speaker set up in the APR, also message is sent to the parents. Also, the feeding time of the baby is set using the keypad, and at that time message will be sent to the parents.

The project is to develop a robotic vehicle capable of detecting the presence of fire and extinguishing it automatically. It is a movable robot that consists of gas sensor for detecting the fire, gear motor and motor driver for the movement of the robot, relay driver for pump control and a Bluetooth module which are used for the detecting and extinguishing the fire. Usually, the robot moves at a steady speed. When the gas sensor detects the fire in the environment, the signal indicating the presence of fire will be sent to the Arduino through which the extinguishing is done. In the extinguishing process, whenever the detection of fire is positive the robot will stop at the place of fire occurred and starts the pump and sprinkle water through a sprinkler until the smoke is put off. The entire control is achieved using Arduino which is interfaced with the android mobile via Bluetooth module, so that the control of the robot can be made from an android mobile as well. The present paper deals with an outdoor environment of Laptop and Mobile Charging Station which provides a charging to the Laptop and Mobile with the help of Solar and Wind Energy &Vertical Windmill (power generators). The equipment has been developed based on the presentday scenario as the people usually run out of phone and laptop charging while travelling. At such times there is literally no way of charging your phone laptop in an outdoor environment, the solar and wind energy is used in order to collect the solar energy and convert it into the electrical energy and also the vertical windmill is used in order to observe the flow of wind and collect it. These two are intertwined together in the system, and the energy produced by both power generators is stored in a battery. This battery source is now available for use according to the inverter. The system provides 2 types of outputs. 4 USB outputs for charging for laptop and mobiles. The model is built in such a way that a common man can afford and this project model will lead a step ahead for economical utilization.

This paper presents the speed control of DC motor using six pulse controlled rectifier. The conventional Proportional Integral (PI) control is used for firing angle control. The armature current is fed back and compared with reference current representing desired speed values. The proposed system is simulated using SimPowerSystem and Control System Matlab toolbox. The time domain plot of reference and actual armature current are shown in results section. The results are satisfactory with deleterious effect on input current. The frequency plot of input current is provided to show the harmonic contents, generated as a result of control operation.
