Student ECTS Credit Feedback Surveys are implemented in order to fine tune ECTS credits of courses which are mainly calculated and allocated by the instructors according to the workload components they declared in the course descriptions. However, accumulated experience shows that the current design of surveys requires immense cognitive load on part of the student. At present, survey questions are posed in such a way that it requires the student to undertake a self-appraisal process regarding the workload of learning activities for a particular course. This article discusses an alternative design for adjusting ECTS credits; a holistic perspective based on pairwise comparisons of workloads of courses. Binary relationships are unfolded using Thurstone scaling and then rescaled to ECTS units through a measurement error model. Monte Carlo simulations are used to demonstrate the robustness of the estimators.

The certification of prior learning is an important tool for all countries, contributing to the wider development of the whole and of each state equally. The impact of good practices in certification is observed both in the society, the economy and, of course, education and vocational rehabilitation, even in international relations. For those reasons the EU and other countries prioritize it. Certification of prior learning is also related to the evaluation of learning and the acquisition of qualifications and training. Best practices from different countries can be used as indicative tools to promote new techniques and methods.

La relevancia que está adquiriendo el proyecto iniciado por las administraciones educativas universitarias europeas en los últimos años a raíz de la Declaración de Bolonia de 1998, justifica el dedicar una atención especial a experiencias que pongan de relieve la posibilidad y necesidad de poner en funcionamiento la implantación de un sistema de créditos que acerque la formación universitaria de nuestro país a la realidad europea. El presente comunicado pone de manifiesto el trabajo realizado hasta el momento por la Escuela Universitaria de Hostelería y Turismo CETT, centro adscrito a la Universidad de Barcelona, en el marco del proyecto de implantación de los créditos ECTS impulsado por esta universidad, dentro de todo el proceso de Convergencia Europea.

Accounting education is essential for both the accounting services which must be high quality, reliable and technology-oriented, and for increase of qualified profession accounting members. Accounting education is mainly given at the university level in our country. In order to keep up with the continuously changing information technologies, regulations and current practices, the accounting courses given at universities must be continuously updated and the curriculum must be defined in this frame. 113 Capítulo 6 INTRODUÇÃO Vilem Flusser (2007, p. 244), ao discorrer sobre os desenhos de artefatos em seu livro sobre Filosofia do Design, chama a atenção para o caráter rizomático em que a respon-sabilidade sobre os usos da tecnologia assumiu, especialmente após a Segunda Guer-ra Mundial. O autor nos coloca a pergunta de se seríamos capazes de vincular algum agente unicamente responsável pelo uso de uma tecnologia, essas, segundo ele, em sua maioria oriundas do fazer científico e de decisões tomadas por diversos agentes. Segundo Neder (2010, p. 11,15), a contribuição de Andrew Feenberg está no de-senvolvimento de uma filosofia que tem implicações com a ação social e política, cultural e político-cognitiva numa sociedade dita do conhecimento. Feenberg nos convidaria a reintegrar valores esquecidos ou desprezados pelos valores da tecno-logia convencional, da qual dependemos na referida sociedade do conhecimento. Orientada para sujeitos sociais, a Teoria Crítica do autor não se proporia projetiva e contribuiria para uma compreensão alargada das dificuldades da ação social e políti-Priscila Cavalcante Normando-(priscillanormando@gmail.com) RESUMO O texto propõe o estudo de duas interpretações a respeito do papel da técnica e da tecnologia no mundo contemporâneo: a distopia, representada no texto por Hans Jonas, e a ação comunicativa, representada por Andrew Feenberg. As duas são ex-postas e analisadas sob a óptica da ética da responsabilidade. Ao final defendemos que os três conceitos se entrelaçam justamente pela necessidade humana de usar tecnologias e de agir em prol da conservação da vida no planeta, tornando-se, por-tanto, indissociáveis.

2009 Yılı Şubat ayında Avrupa Kredi Transfer Sistemi (AKTS) olarak hazırlanan sistem, 2010 yılında Bologna Süreci kapsamında genişletilerek Yükseköğretim Bilgi Sistemi (YÖBSİS) adını almıştır.

YÖBSİS'nin Hedefi
Bologna Süreciyle Avrupa Birliği Ülkeleri yükseköğretim kurumlarını yeterlikler çerçevesinde değerlendirmeyi ve Avrupa genelinde ortak bir kalite anlayışı oluşturmayı hedeflemektedir. YÖBSİS ile Üniversitemizin öğretim süreçlerinin tanımlı, şeffaf ve sürekli geliştirilebilir bir çerçeveye taşınması hedeflenmektedir. Geliştirilen YÖBSİS'nin öne çıkan özelliği; üniversitemizin diğer bilgi sistemleri ile entegre çalışan ve akademik programların öğretim süreçlerini geliştirmeye yönelik özel bir çerçeve yazılımı olmasıdır.
