Childhood obesity is a prevalent problem in most developed countries. It can have a significant negative impact on a childs health including diabetes and cancer. Help in the preventing and reducing obesity is required. One possible method suggested in this paper is a serious game, which would increase energy expenditure during play, educate about nutrition and promote healthy eating and physical activity. Methods and ideas, informed by the related research, which were used for the implementation of such a game, are presented in this paper. Although not a complete solution in itself the game could help in the fight against childhood obesity.

This article draws on the four books in Swedish novelist Vilhelm Moberg's "Emigrant" series to explore phenomenologically the dwelling-journey experience at perhaps its most visible and comprehensive level: the experience of leaving one's native land and moving to a foreign place. Stages suggested by the novels include: lack of dwelling and a decision to go; preparation; journey and arrival; settling; becoming at home; coming together; creating community; and reestablishment of dwelling.
The novels indicate that a successful completion of this process is marked by two important external spurs: first, the land to be settled; second, additional people to forge community. The novels also suggest that a successful reestablishment of dwelling is at least partially grounded in a satisfactory reconciliation of expectation and memory. Expectation, associated with journey, provides an impetus to begin relocation and motivates the emigrants to make their new place better than the old. Memory, associated with dwelling, guarantees that the old world will guide and underlie construction of the new.
On one hand, the emigrants must become free of their old world yet use it as a groundstone for creating a new place of dwelling. On the other hand, they must let the new world speak and determine itself. If they impose their expectations on that world, forcing it to be something it is not, their reestablishment of dwelling will ultimately be inauthentic, and reconciliation of memory and expectation, old and new, will not be successful.

GLP-1 receptors are ideal targets for preoperative imaging of benign insulinoma and for quantifying the beta cell mass. The existing clinical tracers targeting GLP-1R are all agonists with low specific activity and very high kidney uptake. In order to solve those issues we evaluated GLP-1R agonist Ex-4 and antagonist Ex(9-39) radioiodinated at Tyr40 side by side with [Nle14,Lys40(Ahx-DOTA-68Ga)NH2]Ex-4 (68Ga-Ex-4) used in the clinic. The Kd, Bmax, internalization and binding kinetics of [Nle14,125I-Tyr40-NH2]Ex-4 and [Nle14,125I-Tyr40-NH2]Ex(9-39) were studied in vitro using Ins-1E cells. Biodistribution and imaging studies were performed in nude mice bearing Ins-1E xenografts. In vitro evaluation demonstrated high affinity binding of the [Nle14,125I-Tyr40-NH2]Ex-4 agonist to the Ins-1E cells with fast internalization kinetics reaching a plateau after 30 min. The antagonist [Nle14,125I-Tyr40-NH2]Ex(9-39) did not internalize and had a 4-fold higher Kd value compared to the agonist. I...
