Management Information System play significant role in the management, administration as well as operation of an organization, therefore the organizations consider it as major tool that can lead to development and continuity. Mobile phone one of the most sectors, which is aware of the usefulness of applying management information system. The objective of study is focusing on the successful adoption of management information system in mobile phone enterprises in Yemen. Thus, this study aims to reveal the main factors, which can affect successful adoption of management information systems. The field study of this research apply on mobile phone enterprises in Yemen. Through a literature review, the most common theories and models in the areas of information systems success and technology acceptance related to the study mentioned. We proposed a conceptual model based on theories in the field of technology acceptance and adoption of management information systems. The proposed study framework includes the main influencing factors: attitude toward using system, system quality, information quality, computer anxiety, job relevance and management support, an attempt to reveal the extent of the influence of these factors to overcome the restrictions that prevent the utilization of information systems, which in turn leads to improving the performance of these enterprises.

Information quality has been evidenced to be significantly related with the use of the system in prior empirical study particularly in the e-commerce systems. However, contended that while the importance of information quality is indisputable, it is a subject that is under-explored. Therefore, this study is an attempt to determine the dimensions of information quality that influences customer satisfaction of services provided by e-banking, and to propose an information quality model for customer satisfaction. The study proposed a model on the basis of the information system success model and based on such model, the researcher highlighted general information quality dimensions that influence customer satisfaction of services provided by e-banking.

All researches, under classical statistics, are based on determinate, crisp data to estimate the mean of the population when auxiliary information is available. Such estimates often are biased. The goal is to find the best estimates for the unknown value of the population mean with minimum mean square error (MSE). The neutrosophic statistics, generalization of classical statistics tackles vague, indeterminate, uncertain information. Thus, for the first time under neutrosophic statistics, to overcome the issues of estimation of the population mean of neutrosophic data, we have developed the neutrosophic ratio-type estimators for estimating the mean of the finite population utilizing auxiliary information. Substantial research on the importance of strategic Information and Communication Technology (ICT) resources and capabilities for higher institution has mainly focused on developed countries. The results of these studies may not hold for developing nations and in particular, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). To address this gap, this research therefore, builds on theory of DeLone and McLean to examine the strategic links between the success of effective utilization of ICT Resources and ICT Capabilities of KSA higher institutions. One of the disadvantages of the point estimate in survey sampling is that it fluctuates from sample to sample due to sampling error, as the estimator only provides a point value for the parameter under discussion. The neutrosophic approach, pioneered by Florentin Smarandache, is an excellent tool for estimating the parameters under consideration in sampling theory since it yields interval estimates in which the parameter lies with a very high probability. As a result, the neutrosophic technique, which is a generalization of classical approach, is used to deal with ambiguous, indeterminate, and uncertain data. In this investigation, we suggest a new general family of ratio and exponential ratio type estimators for the elevated estimation of neutrosophic population mean of the primary variable utilizing known neutrosophic auxiliary parameters. For the first degree approximation, the bias and Mean Squared Error (MSE) of the suggested estimators are computed. The neutrosophic optimum values of the characterizing constants are determined, as well as the minimum value of the neutrosophic MSE of the suggested estimator is obtained for these optimum values of the characterizing scalars. Because the minimum MSE of the classical estimators of population mean lies inside the estimated interval of the neutrosophic estimators, the neutrosophic estimators are better than the equivalent classical estimators. The empirical investigation, which used both real and simulated data sets, backs up the theoretical findings. For practical utility in various areas of applications, the estimator with the lowest MSE or highest Percentage Relative Efficiency (PRE) is recommended.

Governments around the world are following the global open government movement by initiating Open Government Data (OGD) programs. They are motivated by the claim that it will generate economic and social value. However, the success of an OGD initiative will only be realized when OGD is used and when the use results in the creation of public value. Even though a plethora of academic research has examined various aspects of OGD initiatives, the question regarding how OGD generates public value remains unaddressed. The implementation of ubiquitous learning (u-learning) is a good opportunity to address the affordability, accessibility, and quality issues of the higher education sector that are present in many countries. However, its broad application is still limited within the instructionist paradigm. Improving its implementation performance is a challenge for researchers and practitioners. This study aimed to understand the readiness and success status of u-learning implementation in Indonesia and to assess factors influencing the status based on stakeholder perspectives. A mixed methods inquiry with the sequential nested strategy was carried out by focusing on a quantitative analysis. The findings revealed that the readiness constructs influence u-learning performance. The study may contribute, theoretically and practically, to future studies, especially u-learning implementation studies, from the perspective of a developing country.
