Intership

Internship report, developed in the mental health field in Mental Health Hospital of Acre - Hosmac, located in the district Sobral. This is about a case study of a female patient aged 32 who is institutionalized for 15 years in a mental health institution, HOSMAC, without contact with the family until 2014 of and with definitive labor disability.

Semakin banyak sarjana yang wisuda tiap tahun maka semakin banyak pula data skripsi yang akan menumpuk. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu manajemen data skripsi tersebut. Sehingga dirancang dan dibangun sebuah website intranet Sistem Manajemen Data Skripsi Prodi Teknik Informatika. Website ini digunakan ketua Program Studi untuk meng-input, mengedit, serta melihat data skripsi dan data dosen yang telah ada pada prodi Teknik Informatika, sedangkan dosen hanya akan dapat melihat data Skripsi dan mengubah profile pribadi sehingga dapat memudahkan dosen pembimbing untuk mengusulkan judul skripsi mahasiwa. Selain itu, website ini digunakan untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan administrasi KM untuk magang serta KM untuk skripsi. Dalam pembuatan website ini digunakanlah CSS Foundation, HTML, Javascript, dan PHP untuk membuat tampilan, perancangan, dan pembangunan website ini.

The article provides subsidies for the student to productively
follow the Mandatory Supervised Internship in the Bachelor's Degree in
Gender and Diversity Studies at UFBA. It is proposed that this stage of
the training of the analyst in gender and diversity policies is view as an
immersion in research, since for the first time in the curricular matrix of
the course is predicted a link between theory and practice. Aiming at a
curricular reform, the article argues that the internship is reconfigured in
terms of a Policy Residency, articulating the supervised internship with
the monograph and as final disciplines of the theoretical axis of Policies’
components. Focusing in the need for teacher and student planning of
the curricular internship stage at future policy analysts training, the
article attests to the commitment, discipline and autonomy as
fundamental characteristics for a good training that is able to guarantee
jobs for graduates and a better definition of this new profession.

Dentro del universo de las prácticas universitarias, en sus muchas formas, algunas o identificadas por Hayes (2016) el stage francés, el co-op de origen americano, el externship, el white collar apprenticeship, el liberal arts boot camp o las coding academies (Hayes, 2016), CEIPA Business School ofrece a sus estudiantes las prácticas tradicionales donde un estudiante se vincula mediante un contrato de práctica o formación a una empresa y allí realiza un proyecto de aporte a la labor realizada. En los 45 años de desempeño CEIPA Business School ha acumulado una experiencia muy importante en este campo, y se han desarrollado gran cantidad de trabajos que se han implementado en las organizaciones.

Although not compulsory, medical residency is part through the physicians' teaching and training process. It is considered the gold standard in the teaching modality of Lato Sensu Graduate Programs. However, the number of residency positions available has not kept pace with the expansion of medical undergraduate courses, resulting in high levels of competition for medical residency vacancies, and a proliferation of preparatory courses (PC) offering supervised postgraduate training. The evasion of clerkship students from their academic activities to take prep courses in order to apply for a residency position is a cause for concern among teachers. This study outlines a profile in the São José do Rio Preto (Famerp) School of Medicine internship programme regarding medical interns' adherence to prep courses. O artigo traz subsídios para o discente cursar de forma produtiva o Estágio Supervisionado Obrigatório no Bacharelado em Estudos de Gênero e Diversidade na UFBA. Propõe que essa etapa da formação do analista em políticas públicas é de imersão em pesquisa, uma vez que pela primeira vez na matriz curricular do curso é prevista a articulação entre teoria e prática. Visando a reforma curricular, defende que o estágio seja reconfigurado em termos de uma Residência em Políticas Públicas, articulando o estágio supervisionado com os componentes de monografia e as disciplinas finais do eixo teórico de Políticas Públicas. Ao focar no necessário planejamento docente e discente do estágio curricular dos futuros analistas em políticas públicas de gênero e diversidade, atesta o compromisso, disciplina e autonomia como caraterísticas fundamentais para uma boa formação que seja capaz de garantir postos de trabalho para os formados e uma melhor definição dessa nova profissão.

Only 27 (84.4%) out of the 32 students, despite considering the prep course necessary, did not have the financial resources to attend these courses. The interviewees pointed out that the higher quality of prep courses is due to the didactics of the classes, but that the main disadvantage of these classes is the dissociation between the theoretical and practical content, also experienced during the internship. We conclude that the perceptions of the interns and medical students is well defined in relation to prep courses to get into a medical residency. Although they adhere to the practice of these courses, they know that there is a dichotomy between the theory and the practice that is offered in the internship, and that this hinders their professional training. The vast majority of the study sample intended to apply for the medical residency program after the internship, continuing their studies and learning. On the other hand, the current environment of the job market in the field of medicine, marked by fierce competition and constant requirements to update and improve, is leading students to view the medical residency as the only natural way to
continue after the internship. They also see it as a way of making up for any shortfalls of the internship program. Changes in undergraduate courses, such as a better class didactics and the approach to theoretical content during the internship, reflect the deficiency of undergraduate courses and the internship program, but which can be remedied with a more assertive attitude on the part of teachers and preceptors.
