Testicular cancer is the most common type of cancer in young Caucasian men. It has been suggested that testicular microlithiasis (TML) is a premalignant condition. This study's objective was to investigate TML histology prevalence in testicular cancer patients in two European populations. We analysed archived histopathology orchiectomy specimens from 152 patients diagnosed with testicular cancer at Fredericia Hospital in Denmark from 2004 to 2014, and 106 patients diagnosed at St Thomas' Hospital in London from 2011 to 2015. The Danish patients' median age was 37 years (range: 16-74 years) and the English patients' 36 years (range: 18-78 years). In the Danish patients, 29 (19.1%) had TML, and in the English patients, 43 (40.6%) had TML (p < 0.001). Haematoxylin bodies were slightly more common in the English patients. Laminated calcification was more often seen in seminomas than in non-seminomas.

Objective
To describe the efficacy of homeopathic medicine in Renal Diseases.
Method
A simple cross-referencing approach is used for defining the outcomes and results of
different publications, books, journals, research papers etc., to establish the objective of the
paper.
Result
The positive effects of different homeopathic medicines are clearly observable in the
treatment of Renal Diseases.
Conclusion
Homeopathy can treat renal diseases and can even reduce the frequency of different
renal therapies in a patient with no other choice.

Urolithiasis adalah kondisi terbentuknya urolith atau kalkuli yang berlebihan pada saluran perkencingan, seperti pada vesika urinaria, ginjal, ureter dan uretra. Kejadian terbentuknya urolith pada vesika urinaria biasa terjadi pada hewan domestik (anjing dan kucing) terutama karena pola pakan yang buruk. Anjing pug bernama Bimo, umur 4 tahun, berjenis kelamin jantan, dan memiliki berat badan 7 kg menunjukkan gejala klinis kesulitan kecing (dysuria), dengan volume urin yang masih normal, saat kencing punggung diangkat ke atas (kifosis). Anjing ini sudah pernah didiagnosa urolithiasis,sudah pernah diobati dan sudah dikastrasi.  Hasil pemeriksaan hematologi dengan interpretasi anemia mikrositik normokromik, leukositosis dan Lympositosis. Hasil pemeriksaan dipstick test blood (-), bilirubin (+), urinobilinogen (-), keton (-), protein (-), nitrit (-), glukosa (-), pH (5), berat jenis (1.005), leukosit (++). Pemeriksaan sedimen urin ditemukan adanya kalkuli tripel fosfat. Hasil dari USG ditemukan adanya kalkuli pada ginjal dan vesika urinaria. Dapat disimpulkan dari pemeriksaan klinis dan pemeriksaan laboratorium bahwa anjing pug yang bernama Bimo mengalami urolithiasis. Terapi yang diberikan yaitu dengan kateterisasi urin, pemberian ciprofloxacin (antibiotika), furosemide (diuretika), nephrolite, dan vitamin B komplek sebagai suportif.

A case of pneumoconiosis with unknown occupational history was examined both pathologically and mineralogically by means of a variety of techniques, including analytical scanning and transmission electron microscopy with electron diffraction and energy dispersive x-ray analysis, and electron resonance spectroscopy. The pathologic features consisted of a diffuse interstitial fibrosis with deposits of amorphous and crystalline particles and granulomatous reaction. The identification of minerals, mainly talc, halloysite, coal and chlorite, allowed a definite diagnosis of mixed silicate pneumoconiosis to be made. This is an example of complete pathologic, mineralogic and physico-chemical analysis of a case of pneumoconiosis.

Pancreatic duct stone is thought not only to be the cause of abdominal pain but also to be a risk factor for pancreatic cancer. Several treatment options have been implemented in the treatment of pancreatic duct stones. Stone location is a critical factor in selecting treatment. We present the results of 27 endoscopic treatments and 35 surgical treatments performed in three hospitals at a single university between January 2000 and January 2005. The results were compared retrospectively in terms of success rate of stone removal, length of hospital stay, complications, pain relief, and changes of pancreatic functions. In our study, endoscopy resulted in a similar success rate of stone removal and short-term pain relief rate as the surgical approach and with a shorter length of hospital stay. Technetium-99m HIDA hepatic lobar distribution and retention ratios were developed to evaluate patients with intrahepatic lithiasis. The data of 57 cases were analyzed. Results reveal a highly significant difference in these ratios between the patients and normal individuals. They are simple, objective, and easily obtainable. Thus, the determination of these ratios may replace [99mTc]HIDA sequential scintiphotography, which is qualitative and time consuming, for screening intrahepatic lithiasis.

Tonsillolith is a rare dystrophic calcification as a result of chronic inflammation of the tonsils. Three asymptomatic cases of tonsillolith are reported, incidentally discovered through panoramic radiographs, which showed different sizes of radiopaque images, varying from 2 to 5 mm; cases I and III images did not overlap the mandible ramus, which led to a probable diagnosis of soft tissue calcification. Case II had radiopaque unilateral images, with osseous tissue density, overlapping the mandibular ramus, leading to a benign intra-osseous lesion, which was considered as differential diagnosis. To evaluate the role of minimally invasive "urologic" interventional techniques for the treatment of pancreaticobiliary calculi in contemporary practice. Fourteen patients with retained cystic duct (n = 2), hepatic duct (n = 5), common duct (n = 2), pancreatic duct (n = 4), or gallbladder (n = 1) calculi were treated with 19 procedures, including shock wave lithotripsy (n = 9) and percutaneous flexible endoscopy with electrohydraulic or holmium laser lithotripsy (n = 10). Previous attempts using standard gastroenterologic or radiologic interventions before the urologic referral had failed in all 14 patients. A successful result, defined by the resolution of stones and symptoms, was achieved in 12 patients (86%); 2 patients (14%) had residual calculi that ultimately required an open operative procedure. Although prostatic calculi are relatively common, the etiology of these stones is not clear. We report a case with multiple prostatic calculi causing urinary obstruction and a concomitant bladder stone. We treated these stones endoscopically. We found a lot of different sized stones endoscopically, some protruding into the urethra, some filling different cavities on the prostate. So these cavities suggest prostatic calculi may occur related to intraprostatic reflux in the congenital or acquired diverticulum of the prostatic tissue. In addition, the stone composition of the bladder and prostatic stones was the same. All of these results show that the origin of bladder and prostatic stones can be the same. This case also supports a theory of intraprostatic reflux and urine stasis.
