Puji syukur kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, Laporan Pendahuluan Pekerjaan Penyusunan Study dan DED Pelabuhan Multifungsi Tanjung Geliga Senggarang dapat selesai dengan baik.
Laporan Pendahuluan ini merupakan Laporan Awal kepada Pemberi Pekerjaan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan. Didalam laporan ini disampaikan gambaran umum wilayah pekerjaan, kajian tata ruang wilayah, dan kajian pelabuhan Tanjung Geliga dalam konteks Rencana Induk Pelabuhan Nasional (RIPN) sesuai dengan KP No 414 Tahun 2013. Selain itu juga disampaikan rangkaian metodologi yang langsung terkait dengan rencana desain multifungsi pelabuhan Tanjung Geliga.
Laporan ini akan terus disempurnakan dengan laporan berikutnya yakni laporan antara, untuk itu masukan dan saran sangat diharapkan.

Abstract- Identifying factors that affect development of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) were the study purpose. The study could help to have deeper insights about challenges MSEs faced. It could also inform leaders ’ role they should play to promote MSEs in the zone and sample towns. The target population was entrepreneurs operating in services, manufacturing, construction, trade, urban agriculture, and MSE leaders. Data collected from MSE owners and leaders. Data sources were primary and secondary. Data collection tools were interviews and questionnaires. People have observed and sometimes recorded environmental change, drought, and desertification for several millennia. Today, scientists from a multiplicity of disciplines are intensively observing, recording, analysing, and modelling environmental change from a diversity of perspectives. At the same time, a vast number of people living in drylands are experiencing environmental change including drought and desertification and many of these are dependent on natural resources for their livelihoods. A majority do not have access to scientific data for application in their natural resource management and increased communication from scientists is one potential solution to this dilemma. Substrate-guided ablation of ventricular tachycardia (VT) in patients with implanted cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs) relies on voltage mapping to define the scar and border zone. An integrated 3D scar reconstruction from late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) MRI could facilitate VT ablations. Twenty-two patients with ICD underwent contrast-enhanced cardiac MRI with a specific absorption rate of <2.0 W/kg before VT ablation. Device interrogation demonstrated unchanged ICD parameters immediately before, after, or at 68±21 days follow-up (P>0.05). ICD imaging artifacts were most prominent in the anterior wall and allowed full and partial assessment of LGE in 9±4 and 12±3 of 17 segments, respectively. In 14 patients with LGE, a 3D scar model was reconstructed and successfully registered with the clinical mapping system (accuracy, 3.9±1.8 mm). Using receiver operating characteristic curves, bipolar and unipolar voltages of 1.49 and 4.46 mV correlated best with endocardial MRI scar. ...

In water-stressed soybean primary roots, elongation was maintained at well-watered rates in the apical 4 mm (region 1), but was progressively inhibited in the 4–8 mm region (region 2), which exhibits maximum elongation in well-watered roots. These responses are similar to previous results for the maize primary root. To understand these responses in soybean, spatial profiles of soluble protein composition were analysed. Among the changes, the results indicate that region-specific regulation of phenylpropanoid metabolism may contribute to the distinct growth responses in the different regions. Several enzymes related to isoflavonoid biosynthesis increased in abundance in region 1, correlating with a substantial increase of isoflavonoid content in this region which could contribute to growth maintenance via various potential mechanisms. In contrast, caffeoyl-CoA O-methyltransferase, which is involved in lignin synthesis, was highly up-regulated in region 2. This response was associated with enhanced accumulation of lignin, which may be related to the inhibition of growth in this region. Several proteins that increased in abundance in both regions of water-stressed roots were related to protection from oxidative damage. In particular, an increase in the abundance of ferritin proteins effectively sequestered more iron and prevented excess free iron in the elongation zone under water stress.

Tato práce si klade za úkol rozebrat a vzájemné porovnat dvě polytematické skladby, a to Pásmo Guillauma Apollinaira a Nového Ikara Konstantina Biebla. Cílem práce je zodpovědět na základě porovnání obou básní otázku, zda je Pásmo pretextem Nového Ikara, a pokud ano, tak nakolik se Pásmo po formální i tematické stránce odráží v Novém Ikarovi, a nakolik ho naopak Nový Ikaros překračuje. Samotnému rozboru předchází teoretická část, která uvádí do problematiky pásmových skladeb 20. a 30. let 20. století v Čechách. Abstract: Can a primitive society set a public agenda? Are there some advantages for a religious society in setting an agenda? From a critical study of the communicative perspective of the Bible and hermeneutic reading of its texts, it can be said that certain elements in primitive societies succeeded in influencing the political and social agendas. They did so by exploiting specific public assemblies or appearing in crowded places in attempts to impact local and national agendas. This notion is significant because it suggests that in countries that do not have developed communication infrastructures or established religious institutions (e.g., churches, mosques, and synagogues) that serve as public arenas, indeed even in seemingly closed religious communities, there may well be attempts to use venues other than mass media to influence the public agenda.
