from scratch at GE Capital International services.

In a period of Four years the practice grew to 10 MM dollars and 250 resources.

Won Diamond award from the CEO for bringing down attrition from 40% to <10%
in one year time

Distinction of being instrumental in winning the 1 st three non-GE customer for


Genpacts software services.

Handling large GE and Global accounts such as Ge Money, Commercial Finance,


Equifax, E*Trade, Nissan to name a few.

Was Leading the business intelligence practice and developed it on Hyperion,


Business Objects, Informatica, Cognos and Datastage

Signed up strategic alliance with these product vendors at a global level with
Genpact.

Managing various Tech supports with team sizes of 5 50 people supported by a


global delivery model.

Trained in Six-Sigma Green Belt and used six sigma extensively in making sure the
practice runs profitably and ensures high customer satisfaction scores.
