Executive Summary:
The aim of this research was to find out the behavior of the employees working in any
organization.
This project was given by Mr. Salman Abbasi the Academic Manager/Professor of Iqra
University.
In this regard we choose Imam Clinic located at Five Star North Nazimabad Karachi.
Tool for this research/survey was a questionnaire. We took the sample size of 95
employees and spread the questionnaire among them. 43 out 95 are to be considered
as error.
Actual working sample size is 52.
Overall results concluded that employees at Imam Clinic are Satisfied working there,
Majority of employees behavior reflects the Organizational Citizenship Behavior,
Perceived Organizational Behavior is high among them, Perceived Organization
Support is high, Majority of employees are Ready to Accept Change, They believe in
conveying the new ideas which can enhance the performance of the organization.
All the results are based on the behavior of only 52 employees of Imam Clinic.
Method:
This research was conducted by a questionnaire; Total sample size was 95 from which
43 filled questionnaires were considered to be error as they were filled wrong. Results
are concluded from 52 filled questioners.

The results shows that employees in the range from 20 to 30 years of age are more
satisfied whereas employees in the range of 31 to above are less satisfied.

change, but some of the employees are nor satisfied niether they feel ready to accept
the change, infact they feel confused about the change.
