    SUBJECT : AUTHORIZED FOREST OFFICER TO ENTER INTO PLEA BARGAINING


    AGREEMENT

    DATE : March 10, 2016

    Relative to his instruction of February 23, 2016 on the above-subject, we are recommending
    SvEMS Nestor B. Mata as the authorized officer to enter into Plea bargaining Agreement with the Court in
    Camarines Norte as regards to cases of violations of Forestry Laws, rules and regulations.

    Be informed that there is still no holder of Forester III position neither an Acting Forester III in
    PENRO Camarines Norte considering that former FIII Marizon Vega was already promoted to SvEMS.

    SvEMS Nestor B. Mata is now the Chief of Law Enforcement Section of PENRO and is the one
    filing cases of forestry violations, thus, is recommended while awaiting for the incoming Forester III.
