Communication Skills

marketing analyses for various classes; including a complete mock press kit for my corporate public
relations class. Utilized Microsoft Office, Excel & Powerpoint.
 Work as a server at a popular local pub where I effectively communicate with coworkers and customers
as well as juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Marketing Skills
 Lead promotional efforts including: graphic design, content distribution and production, and social
media strategy & measurement for the professional development event my peers and I implemented in
my event marketing class.
 Executed a comprehensive branding & marketing communication plan for a real company by
collaborating with my peers to, design a creative and engaging brand strategy, identify a high value
customer segment in an international market, and develop inside and outside selling environment
communication messages.
Social Media Skills
 Produced an exhaustive social media marketing plan for a real company including; a competitive
analysis, social media presence audit, goals/objectives statement, implementation plan, content strategy,
and monitoring/evaluation recommendations for my social media & audience engagement class.
 Measured the social media presence of a brand by examining the social media activity across multiples
platforms, as well as conducted a SWOT analysis and provided recommendations for improvement.
 Utilized social media analytic tools such as Google Analytics, HootSuite, and BrandWatch, as well as
implemented SEO tactics for various classes.
