learning is highly unique and individual. because it makes them independent. There are
many ways on how a learner learns.

My Analysis
1. What is the impact of the resource teacher observance of these principles on the teaching-
learning process and on the learners?
- The impact of my resource teacher on these principles on the teaching-learning
process is I can see how he held the learners, how he teach them on being
independent by answering in their own way, we must not answer their question
but let them think and use their critical thinking instead. I learned a lot.
2. Which learning principles were applied most?
- The teacher applied the cooperative and collaborative process.
3. Which learning principle was applied least or not applied?
- “The process of learning is emotional as well as intellectual” is the principle that
was applied least, because sometimes I can’t see that this principle was applied and
maybe because my resource teacher has difficulty in balancing his emotion when
it comes to the behavior of the class.
4. Do you agree with these principles of learning? Or have you discovered that they are
always correct.

- Yes. Because most of the principles of learning are really applied in teaching.

My Reflection
1. My reflections on my observation of my teacher’s observance of these principles. Did my
Resource Teacher adhere to these principles?

- Yes, because I believe that as a mentor, there are things that we need to account and
I can see that my resource teacher is accountable and cleave with those principles.

2. Lesson I have learned from my observations on the classroom application of the

principles of learning.

- The lesson that I have learn from my observation is that all of us are different
from each other, God created us as a unique individual from everyone, the
relevance is that I can use all of these principles as my guide now and for the
future.
