JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Event Manager roles can vary depending on the company and the
industry they work. They are responsible for planning, organizing,
managing and coordinating various types of events. Usually, they
coordinate meeting with clients to determine details about events.
Assitant Event Manger – Responsible for relieving the Director of

routine and complex tasks before, during and after public ticketed
and private events. They provide the skills by assisting the
manager on a daily basis.
Creative Committee – Has one or more staff members which

serve as facilitators and perform a variety of tasks, that includes:
Contacting individuals to offer them committee appointments.
Providing orientation for each new committee member and chair
about their responsibilities and work schedule.
Technical Committee – The primary purpose of the Committee is

to assist the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities on
specific technical matters which are beyond the scope or expertise
of non-technical Board members.
Event Committee is made up of the Event Chair, Subcommittee

Chairs, and interested organization and community members. They
are responsible for approving all sub-committee decisions. I.e
program, food, marketing plan. Determining how to solicit, raise
additional funds if needed.
Catering a caterer provides transport and prepares food for the

clients. The responsibilities of the caterers also includes serving the
foods and cleaning it up afterwards.

will be on February14, 2020 at Palazzo Antonio Tibig Lipa City.
Guest is expected to come before 6:00 pm withtheir suits and pants
for men and Classy gown for women.

Events description:
The party will start at exactly 6 pm at Pallazo Antonio in Tibig,

Lipa City Batangas. Guest will be expected at arrived 30 mins
before the call time & will be assisted by our on the day
coordinators. The ambiance of the event will be just fresh & classy
with white tulips flowers as the centerpiece for the vip tables &
buffet tables as well & will also be main flower arrangement by
petals & blooms our partner florists for the said events. Pestle
colours will be the motif. The venue will be decorated with styled
balloons by party on us, our event styling partner. Debutant parents
will be ask to come to the stage for the opening remarks &her
younger sister will be one to welcome the debutant, Sam
Margarette M. Ramos. Debutant will walk to the aisle full of balloons
with her long gown by Mr. Francko. At the stage, She will give her
thanksgiving message to the guest & to her family. Then blowing of
candle of the 3 pink layered cake from AVA’s Kitchen & pastries will
follow. Mother will give her wish for the debutant & message to the
guest. 18 tulips & wishes spontaneously will be next. Debutant will
be have a retouch by Mr. Keith as the makeup artist & change of
gown for the next part. On the other hand games there will be
participated by each representative of the vip tables. Winners will
be the 1st to take the dinner. Food will be catered by Cesca’s
Kitchen as the in house of Pallazo. The will also a available.
Debutant will be ask to go to each table for picture taking. Romantic
songs will be play while having dinner to feel the Valentine’s Day.
After dinner the announcement of the male & female Star of the
night will get a special gift. Then the program will resume to the
cotillion. Songs for the cotillion is the choose of the debutant & will
be serenading by the acoustic band. Afterwards father will give his
final words to the guest & his daughter. There will be another
announcement for the couple of the night that will be given an
overnight stay at the said venue. Soon after the mother, father and
SAM will ask the guest to join them for the wine toasting. Finally all
guest will be ask to come on the dance floor for mingling, greetings
& dancing. Party will be over at 10pm. Souvenirs will be distributed
by our on the day coordinators.

Terms and Conditions
1. It is understood that ____Jolo Aldover is the exclusive

Videographer and/or Photographer retained by the client to cover
outlined event. Any conflicts with other photographic and/or video
coverage contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such
conflicts are the sole responsibility of the client.
2. Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary

permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for
_____Sam Debut_____ to photograph/video each event, public or
private. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining
permission for access to any requested camera positions and is
solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting
from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The
client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything Jolo
Photgrapher & Design will videotape, including photos, musical
recordings, videotapes, or any other materials delivered to

__Palazzo Antonio___ for inclusion in the clients videotape or DVD.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold
3. ___Aila M. Ramos__ reserves the right to use videos and photos
for display and or promotional purposes. All video masters, raw
footage and photographs remain the exclusive property of ___Jolo
Aldover___.
4. Artistic Style. On its own behalf and on behalf of the subject:

Client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the Company’s
portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the
company’s style and that the Company’s work is constantly
evolving; that the Company's services are of a unique and artistic
nature; that the photos and or video may be different from photos
and or video done by the company in the past; and that in creating
the photos or videos we shall use our own creative artistic judgment
to create images consistent with our personal judgment to create
images and videos consistent with our vision of the event, which
may be different from the clients and or the subject’s vision of the
event. Accordingly, client acknowledges that the photos or videos
shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or esthetic
criteria.
5. The client reserves the right to terminate the contract for any
reason up to 5 days after the date of down payment. Should the
client terminate the contract, all money paid minus the retainer
which is 25% of total cost will be refunded.
6. The client has critically viewed samples of Jolo Photograph &

Design video and/or photo work and hereby grants full editorial and
production control to _____________________ for all aspects of
the production and post-production services for the event. In the
event a particular segment of the event is either not recorded,
partially recorded, or not a part of the edited master tape, it is at
the sole discretion of ___Jolo Aldover___ as the exclusive producer
of the event video recording. Changes requested to the final video
after delivery to client are charged at a rate of __PHP7,000.00__/
hour.
7. All personal property provided by client to __Jolo Photograph &

Design__ for utilization in the post- production of their
videotape/photos is received by Laila Ramos at the complete and
total risk of the client. __Jolo Photograph & Design__ will make
every effort to ensure the safekeeping of a client’s personal
property while in its possession and return same to client upon
delivery of the edited master copy tape/final photo package.

8. If __Jolo Photograph & Design__ fails to comply with the terms of
this agreement due to any event or at beyondEmail:

uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure,

I,Laila M. Ramos , authorize the charge of PHP 1500.00, as a non-

refundable deposit for booking services with Allen Lojo.
Trial Appointment:
I hereby decline the hair and/or makeup trial appointment. I

acknowledge and understand that my stylist will on my wedding day
within the time allotted, provide one makeup application and hair
style in a manner chosen by me with reasonable modifications as
determined by my stylist in his/her sole and absolute discretion.

CANCELLATIONS
*I acknowledge and agree that the non-refundable deposit will not

be returned. I agree that in order to cancel services for my day, I
must sign the attached cancellation form. The cancellation form
must be properly completed by me and received and acknowledged
by Sam Margaret Ramos no later than 60 days prior the wedding
date. Unless Allen Lojo acknowledges receipt of the written
cancellation form in a timely manner, I agree and authorize Allen
Lojo to charge the amount of PHP 5000.00 in the event I fail to
properly cancel my appointment no later than sixty (60) day prior
to the wedding day. I agree and acknowledge that the PHP 1500.00
non-refundable deposit and the PHP5000.00 cancellation fee is due
and owing whether or not services are rendered and is not a penalty
but agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the
execution of this Contract and as full settlement of any and all
claims by me arising from or in any way connected with this
Contract.
*Once the services are completed on February 14,2020 , there are

no refunds.
*In the event of accident, sickness/hospitalization, or any other act

of God where my stylist/s are unavailable, another stylist/s from the
Love events & style team will provide my services.
This Contract is the entire agreement between Laila M Ramos . Any
modification or amendment to this Contract must be done in writing
and agreed to by Allen Lojo in writing.

The Caterer will not be held liable for any loss that results from not

Caterer is prevented or delayed from fulfilling in part or whole this

act or condition that is not within the Caterers control and which
could not be prevented the Caterer will not be held liable.
If the catered event is cancelled by the Client then the Caterer will
receive 25 % of the total estimated charges for the cancelled event.
The Caterer will maintain a general liability insurance policy during

the term of this Catering Contract and the Client agrees to hold the
Caterer harmless for any damage, theft or loss of the Caterer's
equipment, plates and utensils including any motor vehicles that
may occur at the catered event by anyone attending the event.
If either party brings a suit or other action against the other to

enforce this Catering Contract or seek for damages with respect to
the default of above listed obligations. The party that is ruled in
favor shall be due the recovery of all costs and reasonable attorney
fees.
Applicable Law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of

LOVE EVENT & STYLE TO CLIENT
This Event Planning Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into

September 15,20119 (the
“Effective Date”), by and between Mr & Mrs James Sebastian

Ramos, with an address of
Blk 23 Lot8 Carmel HeigthS Kayumanggi Lipa City (the “Client”)
and Laila M. Ramos, with an
address of 201 P.ulan Lipa City, (the “Planner”), collectively “the

Parties.”
1. 1. Event Date & Description. On February 14,2020,Client

intends to host the below described event :
18th Birthday of Sam Margaret Ramos
1. 2. Planner Duties. Client engages Planner’s services to

perform the following duties with regards to the Event:
Full coordination
Planner shall obtain Client approval, in writing, before entering into

any binding contracts for the event and/or issuing any non-
refundable deposits.
1. 3. Payment. The Parties agree to the following Payment and

Payment Terms: Total Fee for Services: PhP 450,000.00
Percentage Due Upon Execution of Agreement: Php 225,000.00
Balance Due:Php 225,000.00
1. 4. Cancellation.
By Client. Client may cancel this Agreement at any time. If Client

cancels up to 90 days prior to the
Event Date, it will be entitled to a full refund. If Client cancels

between up to 75 days prior to
the Event Date, it will be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund. If

Client cancels less than 60 days
prior to the Event Date, it will not be entitled to a refund.

By Planner. Planner may cancel this Agreement at any time. If
Planner cancels, it must provide a suitable, replacement Planner,
subject to Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in writing. In
the alternative, Planner shall refund all monies previously paid by
Client, with the exception of any non-refundable deposits, which
were agreed to by Client.
1. 5. Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees. In the event of a

dispute arising out of this Contract that cannot be resolved by
mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the
matter cannot be resolved through mediation, and legal action
ensues, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees,
including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.
