I. Objectives:
At the end of a 60-minute discussion, the students should be able to:

and eye contact, etc.

Excellent! How about memorized? From memory, no cue notes or aids, there is
preparation
Exactly! How about extemporaneous? Not necessarily to be read all what it written, but the
speaker uses cue notes

topic yesterday.
C. Presentation of the Lesson:
Yesterday, you delivered a speech in a manuscript way.
But today class, at the end of our lesson you should be
able to Use effective non- verbal communication
strategies; gestures and body movements and eye
contact, etc. while delivering your speech.
D. Discussion:
So, lesson for today is all about Aspects of Physical
Delivery. There are five aspects of physical delivery
that will be covered in this section:
voice use
facial expressions
eye contact
Gesturing
Movement
Now class, how important those 5 aspects of speech (the student will give their insights)
delivery? In your own opinion?
IV. Evaluation:
Direction: The students will deliver a manuscript that
they research with ease and fluency before an audience
using the correct gestures, movements, etc. The student
will be given 5 minutes to prepare.

Confidence 10 %
Fluency 20 %
Voice use 20 %
Facial expressions 10 %
Eye contact 10 %
Gestures 20 %
Movements 10 %
