OUTLOOK SETUP GUIDE

I. CHECK INBOX, CREATE FOLDERS, ACCEPT INVITES


 Open Outlook. Click the Start Button (Step 1) and then click on Outlook 2016 (Step 2)

 Welcome to your e-mail. In Inbox you may find all your received e-mails. If you click right on
Inbox you can create a folder.

 Rename the folder. Then select your chosen e-mail and move it to the corresponding folders.
II. CHECK YOUR E-MAILS
Please make sure you always keep your Outlook opened.

A. READING E-MAILS

 Click on each unread e-mail and on the right side you can see it expanded version:

B. DELETING E-MAILS

 Select e-mail, click on Delete the item. All the deleted items are automatically moved to Deleted
Items Folder:

C. CHECKING INVITES

 All the received invites will be flagged with an yellow bell:


 You have 3 options to reply to an invite: Accept / Tentative / Decline.

When chosing Tentative or Decline, please always select Edit the Response before Sending and offer a
reason for not attenting the meeting.

When Accepting a meeting there are two recommended options:

o Send the Response Now (the event organiser will be receiving a notification once you
have accepted the invite)
o Do Not Send a Response (the event organiser will not be receiving a notification once
you have accepted the invite)

III. SET UP CALENDAR & BUSINESS WEEKS NUMBERS


 Go to View Tab, Select To Do Bar, click on Calendar:

 To correctly setup the bussines weeks number, go to File Tab, select Options:
 Follow all the below steps and select the corresponding tabs:

III. CREATE & ADD SIGNATURE TO YOUR E-MAILS


 Click on File Tab, Select Options section. Click on Mail, Signatures:
 Click on New, enter your name under the Type a name for this signature and then click OK:

 Add your signature, according to your level in Amazon and unique e-mail address and press
OK/SAVE:

Choose default signature for:


- New messages
- Replies/forwards Click OK
