The Rojapajamera Cream is an ice cream product that should be plan for about 1 to 2 years
because long-term planning is the key for business success. We should plan in more than 1 year
so that we are sure with our product. If you want an ice cream and the sun is so hot you can buy
"The Rojapajamera Cream" in the mall that you'll passed by. The Rojapajamera Cream is the
answer to an increasing demand for ice cream shop, to be consumed while window shopping and
walking around inside the mall.

crowded malls in Philippines and also to establish one outlet in a shopping mall in Philippines.

The Rojapajamera Cream is an ice cream products with a unique signature creamy flavors and
unique syrups.
We use the concept of dirty ice cream, where the ice cream are all made from fresh milk and
cream. Our shop also provides excellent and friendly customer service to support the ambience
of fun, energetic and youthful lifestyle.

Each store will offer nothing but freshly ice creams, fries and variety of unique blend sauces, all
served with uniquely fashioned home-style care.

Jhanna Panganiban have more than 5 years of experience in the Ice cream industry. She is
currently employed as Corporate Staff of the Company.
RomariCris Estrella holds a SM degree from Institute. He completed several projects and served
as project manager for multi-national companies in Philippines.
Erich Arevalo experienced to work in Stanford University and because of her hardworks the
owner of the school wanted her to work in Philippines.
Pauleen Aguilar, Jaica Lopez, Mhae Perez and Ryan Sanchez have more than 2 years of
experience in the Ice cream industry. They're currently employed as Corporate Staffs of the
Company.

Of course, what we sell here is ice cream with syrup. We might add French fries and soda for
those who like to dip French fries into ice cream.
In promoting The Rojapajamera Cream lifestyle, we will offer various merchandise with our
logo and colors, from Keychain to t-shirts, so that our customers can enjoy The Rojapajamera
Cream at home.
The Rojapajamera Cream primarily sells ice cream and our unique syrups. Main products sold
are: dirty ice cream, sodas and French fries.
Ice creams are available in large (choose 2 toppings), small (choose 1 topping), with addition of
cherry (add 20 pesos).

all the important details of The Rojapajamera Cream, explanation of our menu, prices, house of

For now, we will sell ice cream, soda and fries our main products. After that, we will add new
flavors or new product if our shop expands.
Value Meal
As The Rojapajamera Cream becomes successful, we will add a variety of value meals in the
future. Value meals will be composed of selected ice cream flavor and syrup, soda, and fries
which will have a price that is cheaper than buying each item one by one to attract customers
who wants to buy different items in a cheaper price.
