The statistics table shows the sample size for the variables gender and civil status.
Gender: It is evident from the table that the distribution of respondents according to gender is
equal. The table indicates that 10 respondents (50%) are male and 10 (50%) are female.
Civil Status: As is evident from the table above, the single respondents are by far in majority.
According to the table, 85% of respondents are single while 15% are married. Only 3 out of 20
respondents are married and 17 are single
REQUIREMENT C
Means
The Case Processing Summary table presented indicates the number of observations included in
the analysis, for Self-esteem there is a total number of 20 observations and for Self-efficacy there
is also a total of 20 observations. The number of observations excluded is 0 for both Self-esteem
and Self-efficacy. The table also indicated that the 20 participants in Self-esteem and 20
participants in Self-efficacy were included in the analysis.

Looking at the Report table above, it presents the mean and standard deviation for Self-esteem
and Self-efficacy. By examining the mean of the two categories, it appeared that the mean score
of Self-esteem is 23.0500, which is lower than the mean score of the Self-efficacy which is
26.4500. On the other hand, the 3.51650 standard deviation of Self-esteem is a bit lower than the
4.23612 standard deviation of Self-efficacy. Based on the results, the participants believe in their
own capacity to execute actions, behavior, and performance towards achieving a certain aim.
Since Self-efficacy resulted to have higher mean and standard deviation than Self-esteem.

The Case Processing Summary table displays the results of the Frequencies procedure for the
continuous variables self-esteem and self- efficacy. Mean and standard deviation for self- esteem
of male is 22.2000 and 4.28952 and 23.9000 and 2.46982 for female, respectively. On the other
hand, the mean and standard deviation for self- efficacy of male is 27.9000 and 5.40473 and
25.0000 and 2.00000 for female, respectively.
The minimum and maximum values indicate the lowest and highest values in the data set,
and are helpful for ensuring that all the data are within the possible range of values. The
minimum and maximum values are 17 and 32 for self-esteem and 21 and 40 for self-efficacy
show that there were no out-of-range values for either variable.
REQUIREMENT E
The bar chart illustrates the gender of the respondents (male or female) on the horizontal axis (x-
axis) and the frequency (labelled Count) on the vertical axis (y-axis). It shows the equal portion
of respondents which composed of ten (10) male and ten (10) female.
The bar chart illustrates the civil status of the respondents (single or married) on the horizontal
axis (x-axis) and the frequency (labelled Count) on the vertical axis (y-axis). It shows that there is
more single respondents (which is 17) than married respondents (which is 3).
REQUIREMENT F
The histogram displays the values of Self-Esteem (from smallest to largest) on the X-axis and the
frequency on the Y-axis.
