I completely feel you. Stress can come in any form, it can be any event or even
a thought. Being under stress for a long time can affect your body. What matters
is how you cope with them. Self-care often helps in easing out some form of
distress.
And, I am here to help you out!
Today we will train your mind to handle distress with some little changes in
your lifestyle.
But before that I want you to relax and be in the moment so that you can take
better care of yourself.
So, let’s begin.

took a few minutes to take care of your brain? Yet you use it every single day,
for every single thing you do!

Make A Routine
Regular physical activity keeps you healthy and also reduces stress levels.
Make a compatible routine of exercising regularly.

Try reciting affirmations at least once a day with a long inhale. Here's an
example, " I am capable of achieving more than I believe."
