    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

     Maintenance of all Mechanical, HVAC systems‐ Chillers, DX plants (Split &


    Packages Units) and associated cooling equipment’s such as AHU’s, FCU’s,
    Pumps, Cooling tower, Chilled water line, etc.
     Carrying out all the maintenance work with the aid of technical team.
     Maintain the well condition atmosphere at site.
     Supply of treated fresh air (TFA,FAHU).
     Maintaining relative humidity of air by humidifier.
     Provide technical support to facilities and other site department as needed for
    trouble shooting , repair and process optimization.
     Prepare the weekly & monthly reports , technical checklist ,fault report center
    activities, & all other site documents.
     knowledge of safety & protection device of equipment(chiller, AHU)
     Supervise and manage contractors to deliver quality works, complying with
    EHSS regulations.
     Review material specifications and other relevant documents accordance with
    standards and Specifications for the project.
     Responsible for quality inspection, control of all HVAC works.
     Knowledge of maintaining good quality of water in cooling tower by using
    various types of chemicals.
     Maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for
    tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of equipment’s.
    Tracks, analyzes and improves keymaintenance
     Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and
    equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
     Conduct energy audits to identify where system and operational changes can be
    made to decrease the property's energy consumption
     Responsible for planned preventive maintenance (PPM) & corrective
    maintenance (CM). carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and
    responding to equipment’s fault.
