JOB DESCRIPTION
Event Coordinator
Responsible for planning, organizing, managing and
coordinating various types of events.
Finance Manager
Distributes the financial resources of a company, responsible for the budget planning,
and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice
that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
Executive Secretary
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive
Director and/or other assigned leadership staff. Performs clerical and
administrat MCive tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports,
and other documents for senior staff. Arranges travel and accommodations
for executives.
Logistic Manager
In charge of a company's distribution, movement and storage of its supplies.
The main duties include reviewing budgets,
processing shipments and building delivery routes.
Equipment Manager
In charge of equipment used by a business orrganization. Duties include
purchasing, maintenance, repair, inventory, transportation, storage,
cleaning, and liquidation. Rssponsible for providing the proper equipment
for the job, either on-site, or off-site.

The following rules and regulations shall impose on all employees of the company.
Some rules and regulations include:
1. Every employee of SILVYER ACE Event Management Services must have to follow and
obey the act, guidance, policy, rules, and regulations imposed by the company authority
and applicable from time to time.
2. The company expects formal and acceptable behaviours from the employees of the
SILVYER ACE Event Management Services. The prime motive of SILVYER ACE Event
Management Services company is to attract clients through outstanding conduct of the
employees.
3. Employees are liable to protect the company's belongings what they are using for office
purposes. They will be responsible for breaking any type of official equipment such as
computer, printer, scanner, camera, and so on.
4. Further, our company SILVYER ACE Event Management Services very aware of
maintaining the record, therefore, every employee has to be conscious to protect
documents. The office will not accept any argument without proper evidence.
5. Furthermore, the employee will be permitted to work who are under the influence of
alcoholic beverages, during work time. Also, no employee shall drive the company's
vehicles or operate any official equipment under the influence of an alcoholic beverages.
6. SILVYER ACE Event Management Services is very alert to follow the employee's
ethical principles. The company will be fired on those employees who are indulged with
corruption and bribery without notifying them.
7. Employees must have to inform the supervisor or manager at least one hour prior to
starting work if they could be absent or late on that day.
