Take thickness of base = 20 cm

• Loads
w kN/m2 = weight of covering + weight of water + weight of walls + o.w of base
Weight of covering = 4 kN/m2
Weight of water = γ h = 40 kN/m2
Weight of walls : assume thickness of wall = 30 cm
= 0.3*25.0*4* (5*2+4.40*2) = 564 kN
Weight of walls /m2 = 56.40/(5*5) = 2.256 t/m2
Weight of base = 0.2 *25 +0.5 = 5.5 kN/m2
wtot t/m2 = 4+ 40 +22.56 +5.5 = 72.06 kN/m2
