5. Motivation:
The teacher will lead the class to sing a song “Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed”. Then
right after the song the students will be asked with some questions.
6. Presentation of Objectives
The presentation of the objectives will be flashed on screen and everyone
should read it comprehensively.
B. Lesson Proper
1. Activity: “Search and Rescue” (Indicator no. 1 Science subject integration)
The class will be divided into 2 groups. Each group will list down at least 5 unexpected injuries or
as many as the learners can based on the situation. Then the learners will report their work to the class.
3. Abstraction: Lecture-Demonstration
The Learner can define the meaning of unintentional injury and able to see the techniques of
first aid by giving generalization.
With the same group, students will try to apply basic first aid to some commonly observe
Unintentional injuries and reenact how to rescue the victim with proper first aid.
They are given 2 minutes to prepare.
